Future Freaks Prospect Camp, Who Made Lasting Impressions? Part 2

Two 2026 linebackers cracked our freshman rankings, both of which showed up to the Future Freaks camp.

Joseph Work Joseph Work 5'10" | 165 lbs | LB Aliquippa | 2026 State PA , a soon-to-be star out of Central Valley, worked under Prep Redzone’s eyes for the first time. Work’s tape placed him inside the top five at his position, huge praise coming from myself before I can even see him work in a camp setting. That ranking was validated. Lean, almost unassuming frame, a smart and almost seasoned football player despite just one year of football under his belt. So fluid laterally, Joseph Work Joseph Work 5'10" | 165 lbs | LB Aliquippa | 2026 State PA almost gives you the impression he’s a DB the way he moves in coverage. He blends the ideal LB/S frame, I’m intrigued to see how his body fills out in time. Either way, we had a chance to see a blossoming star work at McKee Stadium. I expect production to double this coming Fall.

Braden Anderson Braden Anderson 6'0" | 215 lbs | LB Kiski Area | 2026 State PA also showed up on-site at Jeannette. This serving as the second time in as many months that I’ve seen Anderson work. Safe to say he’s made a positive impression on myself. We can look back at his impressive combine numbers posted at our camp back in May, those numbers translate throughout Indi’s and 1v1s. Kiski Area’s got an all-conference type prospect in the works, one that will inevitably have his hands full in terms of future roles on both sides of the ball. Size checks out, testing and weight room measurables check out, tape checks out. Braden Anderson Braden Anderson 6'0" | 215 lbs | LB Kiski Area | 2026 State PA is certainly a stock riser in my eyes at this point.

Kaleb Billings Kaleb Billings 6'4" | 310 lbs | OL Northgate | 2025 State PA impressed Dylan Callaghan Croley as well as myself early Wednesday morning. 300+ pounds, easily the largest linemen in terms of both height and weight. Talking with coaches working with the linemen, Billings’s name was brought up most often. 6’3, 305 pounds, starting center at Northgate HS, projects to be a viable option for schools at guard as well. Pass-pro reps showed Billings work in space, winning multiple reps against much smaller defenders. You can’t expect a big center prospect to handle situations like this well, yet Billings came out on the winning end of reps more times than not. A top 250 senior ranking denotes a D1 grade, we’ll see where he places after our next update.

Noah Sanders Noah Sanders ATH Jeannette | 2023 PA , now a 2024 athlete, put forth arguably the best performance regardless of position or class. MVP honors to the promising two-way prospect working on his home turf. One of the more nuanced games brought forth, younger prospects had no shot of getting open or shutting down Sanders during 1v1s. The kid is experienced beyond his years, proving to be too difficult a cover especially when working short/intermediate routes. Phenomenal change of direction ability. Great lower-body balance allowing him to transfer his weight freely. Stems with a purpose. His ranking will reflect how I feel about his game, as well as where I think he stacks up against some of the better 2024 two-way players. I can’t go without mentioning his prowess at DB. A physical approach from a less-than big prospect, Sanders is going to look to deter you off your route from start to finish. Annoying, handsy, Sanders is going to frustrate wideouts who don’t have a clear plan to counter his touchy approach at DB. Excited to get him back on the rankings.

The highest-ranking senior at the Future Freaks camp, I finally got a chance to see Lou Swartz Lou Swartz 6'1" | 235 lbs | ATH West Shamokin | 2024 State PA work in person. I’ve been wanting to see this kid work for years now, being a fan of his game from afar since he came onto the scene at West Shamokin. The ranking will show you how highly I think of the Lou Swartz Lou Swartz 6'1" | 235 lbs | ATH West Shamokin | 2024 State PA ‘s game. He backed up high praise with an MVP performance. A literal grown man amongst boys, Swartz showed off his awesome chiseled-out build that moved and dropped into coverage seamlessly. Believe it or not, Swartz impressed me most during Individual drills. The way he listened to coaches and absorbed said coaching, the attention to detail early in reps. Young prospects usually have their heads in the clouds waiting for their turn in line, yet I hope young linebackers paid attention to the example set by the Alpha. Swartz set the standard at the camp, was a pleasure watching him work.

I appreciate Mutwali Stewart Mutwali Stewart 5'11" | 270 lbs | DL Central Catholic | 2024 State PA coming out and getting work with us on Wednesday morning. Another Central Catholic prospect present, one who is awaiting a ranking on our site simply to a lack of tape. Stewart working under PRZ staff members’ eyes will help his cause though. You see his size, a thick build he carries, you might assume he’s a defensive lineman dabbling into LB drills. You’d be mistaken, as Mutwali Stewart Mutwali Stewart 5'11" | 270 lbs | DL Central Catholic | 2024 State PA is a better mover with the football than you might think. His sophomore tape will give you a clearer picture. We got a chance to see the big man run through back drills, as well as seeing Stewart catch some passes out of the set-up backfield. Excited to see what his role as a senior at PCC will look like.

Excited to have Jeannette’s own Lonnie Green present at this camp. A prospect I’ve been high on for some time, Green impresses early just by taking a look at his desirable build. 6’4, 230-pound pass rusher with plenty of room for muscle growth underneath his pads. Low big-man numbers made it difficult for competition to flourish, as many of these kids were gassed after an hour or two. Yet I’m still impressed with Lonnie Green and what he brings to the table. Multi-sport kid, Greene has substantial room for growth both in technique and the weight room. I love the Jeannette coaching staff exploring Greene’s potential at TE too, it makes complete sense. Utilize this young man’s length and athletic ability on both sides of the ball, see where he blossoms. Excited to rerank him accordingly.
