Satuala is a stout defensive back who made a massive leap up our rankings for his ability to shut down opposing offenses passing attacks. He earned the right to be our top-ranked defensive back for his elite ability to play the ball in the air perfectly, play after play. Satuala is an elite athlete with an impressive vertical that allows him to high point passes. His lengthy wingspan helps him deflect passes, and he's capable of taking balls away. The Red Hawks defense will be hard to score on, with Satuala leading the charge.

[player_tooltip player_id='406963' first='Davis' last='Andrews'] || DB || 6'2 || 190 || American Fork High School || 2024
Andrews is a sharp safety who can come down and cover pass catchers or hold down the backend of a defense. He does a great job reading quarterbacks eyes and has the speed to cover both sidelines. Andrews has excellent hips and doesn't let receivers get behind him. His closing speed is also elite, enabling him to undercut passes and take them the other way. American Fork is lucky not just to have one of the state's best defenders on their team but in all of Utah.

[player_tooltip player_id='406972' first='Nash' last='Taylor'] || DB || 6'2 || 190 || Olympus High School || 2024
Some players play their best in the biggest games, and Taylor is absolutely one of those guys. He made several timely interceptions for the Titans in 2022. Taylor can contort his boy to make difficult catches and possesses glue-like hands. His play recognition skills are just as remarkable as the speed he uses to close on balls. Speaking of Taylor's speed, he quickly shoots through gasps to bring down running backs and is a reliable last line of defense, as he saved numerous touchdowns last fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='532686' first='Parker' last='Crum'] || 5'11 || 160 || Duchesne High School || 2024
Crum uses his elite athleticism to decimate offenses for Duchesne. His football IQ is incredibly high, allowing him to diagnose plays pre-snap all four quarters. Crum clearly takes his preparation seriously based on his play on Friday nights. He plays the ball in the air well and times his pass breakups at just the right time to not draw a flag. Crum is a fierce run defender who does a great job getting around offensive linemen before stopping running backs in their tracks.
