If you haven’t checked it out yet, head over to Tanner Clark’s Day 1 X-Factor Experience to see that coverage! Every single person that was covered in that piece, was fantastic on Day 2 as well, so for the most part I will be trying to cover new faces.
Danny O’Neil Danny O’Neil 6'1" | 185 lbs | QB Cathedral | 2024 State IN – Cathedral – 6’0″ 190lbs – 2024
O’Neil truthfully doesn’t need much help, but when you see him throw live, it’s pretty hard not to cover him. I’ve interviewed him, watched his tape, and now seen him work in person. On a day focus could have been better across the board, O’Neil was the guy who was the most locked in. Not just that, he was helping coach up other QBs and keeping others focused. Another stellar showing for Indiana’s #1 recruit.

Bodie Derrer Bodie Derrer 6'3" | 200 lbs | QB Hamilton Heights | 2024 State IN – Hamilton Heights – 6’3″ 200lbs – 2024
Derrer was easily one of my favorite performers of the day. While he didn’t leave with MVP honors, he was one of, if not the most consistent guy that I saw. He’s got great size, delievers a nice ball, and was really focused. O’Neil and Derrer were the 2 guys who said the least, focused the most, and took the most reps. I really left feeling like Derrer has more potential waiting to be untapped. He’s got nice velocity and has a smooth throwing motion. Without a doubt, I thought Derrer really impressed.

Jake Dunn Jake Dunn 6'3" | 180 lbs | QB Brownsburg | 2024 State IN – Brownsburg – 6’3″ 180lbs – 2024
Dunn was absolutely terrific for the most part throughout drill work. A decent, and consistent arm, while throwing guys open was a great showcase. Late in the day, he really begin to lock in and make some impressive throws. A lengthy frame with broad shoulders gives him a natural zip to the ball. The one area I felt he really stood out was his mobility in the pocket and ability to relocate a target downfield. His performance was good enough to have him leaving with the MVP award, and for good reason.

Bo Polston Bo Polston 6'2" | 185 lbs | QB Decatur Central | 2026 State IN – Decatur Central – 6’2′ 200lbs – 2026
Polston was fantastic on Sunday. You can see immediately that he’s just a bit different, in a good way, than most of the guys around him. An excellent release, smooth arm, and very solid footwork for the most part for his age. Young, developing, and was the Varsity starter as a true freshman. He’s got a great natural build and can make every throw. He’s already listed as one of the top QBs in 2026 for a reason, but after having eyes on him, you can really see this is just the beginning.

Brock Riddle Brock Riddle 6'3" | 180 lbs | QB Greenwood | 2024 State IN – Greenwood – 6’3″ 180lbs – 2024
Riddle quietly had a good camp for the most part. He’s got a decent frame and showed he could make just about every throw. When he was really focused and dialed in, he was one of the better QBs there. He can have decent footwork, proper timing, and can deliver with nice touch. I really felt like when he got to the live throwing session, it took the nerves away from him, and he started hitting guys in stride making some of the better throws. These camps are huge for development, and if Riddle can become more consistent this fall, his recruitment will take off like wildfire.

Kinkade Zientara Kinkade Zientara 6'2" | 170 lbs | QB Heritage Christian | 2025 State IN – Heritage Christian – 6’2″ 175lbs – 2025
Zientara had a solid day, quietly, and I won’t let it go unnoticed. He’s not over the top in emotions, nor does he get too low. He’s a level headed guy who steps up to make throw after throw. He didn’t kill himself or beat himself up if he missed a throw. He’d take any coaching point and take it in stride. I felt he had a really good ball when in rhythm. He’s able to put decent zip and anticipation on the ball. A decent frame and good mobility set him up for a bright future. An upcoming QB who could be a steal when 2025 rolls around.
