Bryce Shelton
Shelton has good size and runs smooth routes; he creates space with minimal wasted movements. He won a lot of reps on the day showing body control and hands. Shelton was named to the second team All National District team as only a freshman. He has been on a few visits to schools such as Furman, Temple, Lafayette, expect Bryce to hit the ground running in his recruiting and gameplay.
Rideout was the honorable mention for the receivers group. He’s another young receiver with great size already at 6’2 170lbs. Corey made a few contested catches that drew some “oos” from the crowd, and demonstrated some violent, clean footwork in his routes.
Cam is a polished gunslinger who is improving every evaluation. Boykin is a very familiar face in the DMV circuit at showcases, camps, and tournaments. He is accurate and has velocity on his short and medium passes. Cam has visibly grown physically, coming into the frame of a collegiate Quarterback.
Vegas lived up to his name and put on a show in one-on-ones. He has dangerous quickness and route running, with respectable ball skills. He is polished and ahead of his peers with his footwork, some of the routes he put on display would be considered veteran skill level. He possesses good body control too; he can flip his hips and make back shoulder catches all while dragging his feet to get two in bounds. Brown will be continuing his football journey at national powerhouse, St. Frances Academy.
Highlights
Ashton was the honorable mention in the DB group. He is very patient in coverage and does a good job of staying in the receivers’ hip pocket. On short routes he closes and is sure to get to receivers’ hands. He showed good technique and a short memory, he jumped at a lot of match ups.
