For the 2nd straight year, the talent at the prospect tour event spoke for itself. With 80% of the individuals in attendance, being all conference athletes, you knew that the MVP's would be impressive kids. Have a look at the positional and overall MVP's as we will break down top performers as well this week.

Overall/WR [player_tooltip player_id='154326' first='Luke' last='Womack'] 6-4 195 24' Nelson OR

This man had a day. The All Conference WR/S caught everything thrown his way, going head-to-head with DB MVP [player_tooltip player_id='406773' first='Jakai' last='Clardy'] on multiple occasions. Womack had a good junior season but nothing like we saw on Sunday. Maybe the most impressive aspect to his performance was the top talent he was consistently going against.

With top 2025 QB [player_tooltip player_id='285852' first='Avirey' last='Durdahl'] distributing the rock for Nelson, the sky's the limit for Luke. Separate from the fact that he tied for 2nd in the state in INTs at the 6A level last year, his overall athleticism speaks to his game. He was deserving of the recognition.

QB [player_tooltip player_id='406774' first='Baird' last='Gilroy'] 6-5 215 25' West Linn OR

Sunday's QB group was outstanding with Gilroy edging out 1st team all-conference returner [player_tooltip player_id='278398' first='Kasen' last='Covert'] of Sherwood for MVP honors. Gilroy recently made the biggest jump of any athlete in the state on the PRZ rankings board and backed up why at the event.

The defending state champs will be the clear cut #1 to start the year with Baird competing with talented 24' [player_tooltip player_id='278385' first='Nick' last='Sakys'] for the job. His deep balls were impressive, but the confidence and demeanor are what stuck out most to me. If you are West Linn's quarterback, there is a certain stigma you must carry yourself with which Gilroy does.

RB [player_tooltip player_id='738966' first='Carson' last='Mullins'] 5-11 190 24' Tualatin OR

I will be the first to say I didn't see this coming. Mullins showed elusiveness and power and did not let up one inch from start to finish.

[player_tooltip player_id='147244' first='Luke' last='Ash'] was one of the state's best last season for the T-Wolves with [player_tooltip player_id='515277' first='Bodan' last='Griffith'] stepping in and doing a good job as well. With both of them graduating Mullins should be the primary back for one of the state's top programs.

OL [player_tooltip player_id='206872' first='Stephen' last='Del Giudice'] 6-5 250 24' West Linn OR

The 1st team all TRL Tackle was back doing his thing for the 2nd year in a row. Del Giudice is fundamentally elite and thrives on his smarts in the trenches. His skill set is that of a high-level division 1 athlete, but he will need to add some thickness before moving on collegiately.

Swanson of rival Oregon City went hard at the big man and made some plays. That said as Del Giudice was a technician most of the day.

DL [player_tooltip player_id='278371' first='Ryder' last='Swanson'] 6-0 225 24' Oregon City OR

Swanson was in the overall MVP conversation. Thats how good of a day he had. It's rare to see an undersized lineman be so powerful and crafty but that was on display for the entire session.

The OC D lineman had a breakout sophomore season and followed that up with an impressive 1st team all TRL Junior year in the state's toughest conference. Oregon City will have a shot if they all come to play.

LB Jeremiah Anderson 6-3 240 24' Mount Tahoma WA

Just a big, fast, physical kid who can move. The most impressive aspect to Anderson's game was his combination of size and agility. His DE body made his performance stand out even more.

Definitely a kid who plays with personality and could be one of Washington's best backers this coming season.

DB [player_tooltip player_id='406773' first='Jakai' last='Clardy'] 6-2 180 25' Evergreen WA

What will be a big-time division 1 recruit in my opinion. Clardy shied away from no one, searching out the top receivers and bettering himself. You could consider his MVP performance a type of coming out party, with brother [player_tooltip player_id='204578' first='Caleb' last='Clardy'] headed to Idaho St to play in the Big Sky.

The move from David Douglas to Evergreen was smart. He will do well for a connected Coach Christian Swain.
