For this article, I am writing about some players who stood out from the WPIAL. The WPIAL is one of the top areas in the state for talent and they were well-represented at this camp as well. Check it out below.

[player_tooltip player_id='647290' first='Ethan' last='Shearer'] Central Valley. Shearer is a younger prospect as he is in the 2026 class, but he showed good skills at linebacker all day. He is a good athlete that is still working on his technique but showed good improvement during the camp. He also ran a 40 in 4.75 which is solid speed for a linebacker and something he can get even better with. Shearer flashed some good skills and should only improve with more playing time.

[player_tooltip player_id='602062' first='Braden' last='Anderson'] Kiski Area. Anderson is another younger linebacker in the 2026 class. Anderson showed good athleticism for the position and did a nice job In all the drills. He did a nice job getting in and out of his breaks. Anderson showed good skills at a linebacker, and as the camp progressed he got better and better. He should only improve going forward and I bet he should have a strong Junior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='497221' first='Keefer' last='Wolff'] Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Another young defensive lineman/linebacker who showed progress at the camp. Wolff is a good athlete that got better as the camp kept going. He did a good job with reading and reacting drills and did a nice job dropping in coverage in the different drills. Initially, when the competition phase started Wolff struggled but he got better as the camp went on. I am expecting Wolff to only get better and to have a strong Sophomore year.

[player_tooltip player_id='819754' first='Jonathan' last='Smith'] Pine Richland. A veteran offensive lineman who is entering his Senior year Smith was a consistent performer at the camp. He did a nice job all day competing and going against other linemen. He showed good skills and competed all day in drills. When he went to the competition phase he did a nice job competing against linemen that were bigger. Smith with a strong Senior year should have a good chance at playing College Football.

[player_tooltip player_id='810380' first='Joey' last='Felitsky'] Seneca Valley. Felitsky is a younger player as well and he struggled at times during the early phase of the camp. He struggled with the drills during the individual time period, but I saw him get better as the camp went on. When he got to the competition phase he made some good throws and showed good improvement. Felitsky showed enough promise that I think he should only improve. I expect him to get better in the next few years. Take the coaching and improve.
