Attending camps is the best way for high school players to become prospects and boost their stock value as potential college recruits. will host a camp on the evening of May 18th at Legacy Stadium located at Cherokee Trail High School in Aurora. The single-day event will consist of verified measurables, combine testing, and one-on-one competitive drills that will allow the attendees to showcase their skills.
The current list of attendees has many talented names, but a few immediately jumped off the page, making this event one to anticipate. Three big-time players worth being excited to see in action are teammates at Cherry Creek. Andre Burton Andre Burton 6'5" | 285 lbs | OL Cherry Creek | 2024 State CO (2024 OL), Maxwell Parrott Maxwell Parrott 6'5" | 285 lbs | OL Cherry Creek | 2024 State CO (2024 OL), and Tufanua Ionatana “T.I.” Umu-Cais Tufanua Ionatana “T.I.” Umu-Cais 6'3" | 305 lbs | DL Cherry Creek | 2026 CO (2026 DL). Parrott holds close to 20 Division I offers, while Burton has seven, and Umu-Cais recently earned his third D1 offer.
Ralston Valley’s George Patterson George Patterson 6'5" | 215 lbs | LB Ralston Valley | 2024 CO (2024 LB/DE) is set to attend Thursday’s camp after recently earning his first scholarship from CSU-Pueblo. Patterson will be joined by teammate Kit LeBlanc Kit LeBlanc 6'1" | 210 lbs | LB Ralston Valley | 2024 State CO (2024 LB), who is one of many standout players on a loaded Mustangs team.
There are a handful of incoming seniors set to attend the camp. Jeff Baca Jeff Baca 6'0" | 185 lbs | ATH Legend | 2024 State CO (ATH) from Legend, Jack Easterly Jack Easterly 6'2" | 220 lbs | LB Northfield | 2024 State CO (LB) from Northfield, Ty Olson Ty Olson 6'1" | 185 lbs | WR Mead | 2024 CO (WR) from Mead, Jake Scobey Jake Scobey 6'3" | 210 lbs | TE Thomas Jefferson | 2024 CO (TE) from Thomas Jefferson, and Mason LaBrie (CB) from Golden are players whose under-the-radar statuses should elevate this fall.
Each class has notable players who signed up for the event, and the 2025s are no different. Two defensive linemen whose names should be circled are Keeghan Field-Gordon Keeghan Field-Gordon 6'2" | 285 lbs | DL Fairview | 2025 State CO from Fairview and Moses Cooper Moses Cooper 6'4" | 345 lbs | OL Vista PEAK | 2025 State CO from Vista PEAK. Staying with the incoming junior class, Ashton Shepardson Ashton Shepardson 6'1" | 205 lbs | LB Chery Creek | 2025 State CO (LB) from Cherry Creek and Jamir Ford Jamir Ford 5'9" | 170 lbs | ATH Vista Ridge | 2025 State CO (DB/ATH) from Thomas Jefferson will also attend the event.
With the camp being open to the class of 2027, one incoming freshman whose name jumped off the page is Gavin Montoya Gavin Montoya 6'2" | 185 lbs | ATH Broomfield | 2027 CO (WR/FS). The future Broomfield athlete’s outstanding performance during the Colorado Youth Football Invitational All-Star game earned him an early spot on the radar, while his offseason work has made him a must-know player with star potential.
