The 6'2 Miners quarterback displays expectational traits that could lead to him developing into one of the state's top quarterbacks in the near future.</p>

He's one of the class's best quarterbacks when it comes to making accurate jump passes just in time before he gets buried in the backfield. Tuatagaloa has elite touch and can shred defenses for four quarters. In addition to his potent arm, Tuatagaloa is also dangerous with his legs. He is tough to tackle and shifty in the open field. Tuatagaloa possesses elite speed and vision that allows him to avoid taking hard hits.</p>

He can make accurate throws at each level of the field and throws a great deep ball to his receivers operating outside the numbers. Richards is as tough as a signal caller as you will find in the class. He sells out to make plays for his team in short-yardage situations and when diving for first downs or the pylon.</p>
