It is beautiful day to find some gems. This Saturday, let's talk about a mixture of things. Let's find some guys that we don't know much about and discuss them. There are also some players we already know that need some attention. Let's check it out.

Charles Cantrell, RB/LB, Nitro

Cantrell makes a lot of big plays for his team. He does so on offense and defense. He has good game speed that turns on when he sees the open field. Cantrell does a good job of reading when his defense is playing zone coverage. You don't want him catching interceptions in the flats. He is a threat to take it to the house. He is also very hungry at running back. When his team is in the redzone, he turns it on. Cantrell has some very nice size. I think he is going to be a defensive lineman or linebacker on the next level. At 6-foot-2, 220-pounds he can get some things done.

Braden McWreath, ATH, Wheeling Central Catholic

McWreath is a gamer that is always in the right place. He plays safety and wide receiver for his squad. He makes big plays on defense and offense. McWreath knows how to get the separation he needs on offense to get open. He also has some nice hands. McWreath reads quarterbacks eyes very good when he is on defense. I'll be sure to keep up with him this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='487107' first='Nycere' last='Jacobs'], LB, Jefferson

Jacobs had a very nice film. It was great watching him side step, fill holes and blitz. This young man has some very great potential at the outside linebacker position. He also has some good size. His footwork is amazing. If he continues to progress he will be a division one linebacker.

Brayden Kirk, OL, Spring Mills

Kirk has some very good movements in the trenches. He can play the guard or center. Kirk has some good feet. He doesn't make false steps when he is moving in the trenches. Kirk is a very intelligent OL. His GPA speaks for that. I think that he can make it on the next level. I'll be keeping up with him this season.
