This list will be updated again this summer following camp invites and additional film is graded to measure improvement by players. Thanks for following Iowa Prep RedZone closely as another football season is closing in on us!
We have several players that have performed well at camps throughout the state this off-season and have improved their technique and fundamentals at their respective positions, Here are a six pack of the stock risers featured in the updated rankings along with some key verbal commitments!
KYLE RAKERS: Dowling Catholic Offensive lineman 6-4 (290). Rakers has moved up from the #12 overall prospect to #7 and is listed as the #2 OL by position. Rakers has recently visited Iowa State, Nebraska and Arkansas. Moving up the rankings as a prospect at guard and has a great upside to his game with over 10 power five offers in hand will be one to watch this fall.
BREVIN DOLL: ADM speedster RB recently committed to Iowa. Doll shot up the rankings from #37 overall to #18 overall after rushing for (1,475) yards and (27) scores on the ground. Doll also was on the receiving end of (33) passes for (640) yards and (6) touchdowns.
WILLIAM STOBBE: Waukee OL prospect 6-4 (270) has really raised his stock this off season with excellent camp performances. Stobbe has seen his stock rise from #75 overall to #23. Stobbe has recently received summer camp invitations to Kansas and Kansas State.
DAYTON HARRELL: SC North athlete 5-9 (165) a D1 prospect who can play on both sides of the football at WR or CB has won two camp MVP’s this off-season at Prep RedZone Iowa prospect camp in Council Bluffs back in January and followed that up with camp MVP of the Seneca Wallace camp this past March in West Des Moines. College coaches, this is a playmaker that can help you on either side of the football and excel on special teams. Harrell moves from #34 overall to #28 and is now the #2 ranked CB according to Prep RedZone Iowa and is in pursuit of D1-D2 game day and campus visits.
CARSON BRUHN: Sioux Center D1 prospect at TE 6-5 (210) recently verbally committed to Kansas. Bruhn is a huge stock riser going from #36 overall to #9 and is now the #2 TE on the Prep RedZone Iowa player rankings. Should have a solid senior season before arriving in Lawrence.
TY COZAD: Muscatine RB who has recently verbally committed to the prestigious Air Force Falcon football program is our biggest riser going from #71 overall to the #25 player and #3 RB. Cozad 5-11 (195) RB rushed for (2,079) yards and (20) touchdowns as a junior.
