Here are some solid prospects who may show up on your radar this upcoming season:

There's a lot to like about [player_tooltip player_id='799546' first='Nate' last='Bush'] and how he plays. At 6'1 220 pounds, first off he's very disciplined when setting the edge. He's a stand-up rusher who plays contain well and excels at stopping outside runs. Secondly, he's a relentless rusher. He has a high motor and is able to get off the ball quickly and pursue the quarterback until he finishes the play. Lastly, he has adequate hand usage. He's currently only a sophomore, and it's encouraging to see him attempt to use his hands to win pass rush reps.

If there's any suggestion for improvement. I would suggest he improve his play in space, especially since he spot-drops to the flats a lot. Working on playing lower and lateral agility will be paramount for him. Lastly, when he has adequate hand usage I need some he develops one to two go-to moves that every great pass rusher must have to be effective.

https://twitter.com/NathanBush_/status/1589326720238485504

Gonzalez showed that he could be a complete linebacker in 2022. Leading his team in solo tackles helping Bergen Catholic win the state title.

Gonzalez has 2 major part of his game that helps him stand out. First, he does very well fighting through the trash. He does a great job fighting and evading block to make tackles. Which is his second-best trait he does a great job as a one-on-one tackler. Due to this fact, he does a great job of playing under control and playing low when playing downhill.

Gonzalez will be a linebacker I will have my eye on as one of the tops in the state.

https://twitter.com/cgonzalez_29/status/1610836480393453574

Patterson could be a diamond in a rough prospect. As he has measurable at 6'0 180 pounds with a long frame and good instincts. One attribute that consistently shows on tape is his ability to break on the ball in zone coverage. He has solid burst out of his backpedal and plays with a level of physicality, where he can separate the ball from receivers on contact. In addition, he plays the ball well, down the football field. Due to his size, frame, and length, he excels at playing ball while in the air. He does a great of getting his head around and locating the football.

Patterson has to do a better job at getting his name out there. He plays in a Group that doesn't have great competition. He needs to get into situations where he's going against competition.

https://twitter.com/allenpatterson0/status/1592003294582669312

Chris is a player that causes much disruption on the defensive line. At 6'0 250 Chris does a great job of playing with great leverage. He has solid, initial burst and knows how to use his hands to stack and shed blockers. Indicative of his 11 tackles for loss on the season. If I have one criticism for Chris, I need to see him take a step as a pass, rusher as he has little to no highlights of him making plays in true pass, rush situations. my challenge for Chris is to develop at least one pass, rush, and move that he can win with consistently.

Chris is coming into his senior year and playing nose tackle at 6 feet is an anomaly. However, I believe that Chris can be a solid Division III prospect with more seasoning and development of this pass-rush technique.

https://twitter.com/PrinceOghogho54/status/1590504488305332224

Versatile linebackers/edge rushers are in these days and [player_tooltip player_id='801285' first='Tyler' last='Jackson'] is the epitome of why having these players on your defense changes things.

Jackson is 5'11 190 pounds and only a sophomore. He gets off the ball quickly and uses his hands well. He even has some wraps on tape where he's using moves effectively. This young man is about to break out and be one of the most disruptive players in the state that no one knows about in terms of his body type. He has a long frame where he's going to most certainly add weight and become a prototypical edge rusher size. The development of this young man will be something to keep an eye on as he would be a breakout candidate.
