No.6 OL Tyer Merrill | Cumberland Valley | 6-foot-5, 305-pounds
The size is the first thing that stands out about Tylerfdcdf Merrill Tylerfdcdf Merrill 6'5" | OL PA . As a rising sophomore, he’s already 6-foot-5 and 305 pounds. That size is unheard of when it comes to sophomores. He can play either side of the football and has shown the ability to do so at a high level. His fundamentals on the offensive side of the ball are advanced for some his age as well and he shows good athleticism and quick feet as well. He already holds offers from Akron, Kent State, Syracuse, and West Virginia.
No.7 RB D’Antae Sheffey D’Antae Sheffey 6'0" | 190 lbs | RB Harrisburg | 2026 State PA | State College | 6-foot-0, 190-pounds
In Penn State’s backyard, not many 2026 prospects blew up the way Sheffey did over the last few months. He can play both sides of the ball at a high level and already holds offers from Cincinnati, Kent State, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Toledo, Virginia Tech, and Penn State. Elite running back in every sense of the word, already has great size with advanced vision and fundamentals.
No.8 OL Jesse Moody Jesse Moody 6'6" | 290 lbs | OL Imhotep Charter | 2026 State PA | Imhotep Charter | 6-foot-6, 290-pounds
Another offensive lineman with already elite size, it’s quite easy to see a finished product here coming in around 6-foot-7 and 330 pounds. The potential with Moody is off the charts and he’ll have a chance to move his way up in the top 10 if he continues to develop. Moody not only has elite size but has great athleticism to go along with it. Georgia and Penn State have both offered and plenty of more Power Five offers are going to be coming for him.
No.9 DB David Davis David Davis 6'0" | 175 lbs | DB Imani Christian Academy | 2026 State PA | Imani Christian Academy | 6-foot-0, 175-pounds
Imani Christian Academy is producing another high-level prospect and Davis might be the best of them all. Davis has a chance to be a national-level defensive back recruit in the 2026 recruiting cycle. He’s got good size and length already to go along with very good athleticism and speed. He is also showing quite a bit of upside on the offensive side of the ball as well. ICA Head Coach LaRoi Johnson has something special on his hands over at ACI. Akron, Kent State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Toledo, and West Virginia have all offered.
No.10 OL Kevin Brown | Harrisburg | 6-foot-5, 235-pounds
A West Virginia legacy, Brown is already one of the better offensive linemen in the entire state and has the intensity that you love to see in elite offensive linemen. He’s already got the ideal height and the weight will come over the next few years. Moves very well for someone his size and is great on the defensive line as well. Has a chance to play on either side at the next level. Penn State, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, and West Virginia have all extended offers.
