<p>51.[player_tooltip player_id='209499' first='Sam' last='Kline'] 6-2 190 ATH Sheldon</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>The Irish graduate a ton of talent as Kline will be called upon to lead this coming season on both sides of the football. Defensively he has done well over the last two years, accounting for 46 total tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss, and 4 sacks. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>52.[player_tooltip player_id='206850' first='Luke' last='Fahner'] 6-1 200 LB Barlow</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Fahner made the move to Barlow after earning all-conference honors as a sophomore at Gresham. He earned 2nd team all-league accolades last season and will be in the Mt Hood defensive POY conversation this year. He's an outstanding track athlete (shot put) to boot. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>53.[player_tooltip player_id='152338' first='Kenen' last='Elder'] 6-0 170 WR Tualatin </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Elder is ranked a 3* by 247 and projects as one of the most versatile kids in the state for his class, racking up honorable mention all TRL accolades on O & D. The T-Wolves are loaded once again on the perimeter, and he could thrive in 1 on 1 situations. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>54.[player_tooltip player_id='511294' first='David' last='Hernandez'] 6-6 305 T Beaverton </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>There are a lot of question marks here, but you can't teach the size and overall athleticism. He can play on D as well and if he puts it all together could be a legit collegiate athlete. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>55.[player_tooltip player_id='738890' first='Wyatt' last='Wessel'] 6-3 215 LB Lebanon</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>One of the fastest rising prospects in Oregon. Wessel earned 1st team all-league accolades at LB and will be in the conference POY conversation defensively. He has outstanding film and could be one of the state's top RBs as well. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>56.[player_tooltip player_id='511790' first='Gage' last='Hurych'] 6-1 180 K/DB West Linn</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>One of the top kickers in America. Hurych is a talented overall athlete, earning all-conference honors at DB. That said as he could end up towards the top of this list if he continues to progress on the kicking front. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>57.[player_tooltip player_id='520387' first='Deagan' last='Hodgson'] 6-5 295 OL Barlow</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Hodgson racked up 2nd team all Mt Hood honors last season, and with continued progression and improved mobility, could play a role at the next level. This next year's film will be telling. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>58.[player_tooltip player_id='225517' first='Jerrik' last='Wangler'] 5-11 190 WLB North Salem</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Pound for pound one of the top 24's in Oregon. Wangler earned 2nd team all-conference honors at LB last season and could be one of the better RBs at the 6A level with the graduation of [player_tooltip player_id='147245' first='Josiah' last='Davis']. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>59.[player_tooltip player_id='154326' first='Luke' last='Womack'] 6-4 195 WR Nelson </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Expect high end academic universities to be all over Womack with his size and grades (4.0). He led the conference in INTs and finished tied for 2nd statewide with 5. He has been equally impressive on both sides of the ball, earning all Mt Hood honors at WR as well. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>60.[player_tooltip player_id='278370' first='Mitch' last='Mahlum'] 6-3 240 DE Liberty</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>The son of head coach Eric Mahlum a former NFL lineman himself. Mitch was a unanimous 1st team all-conference selection but projects more on D in my opinion. Regardless he will be called upon to lead up front next season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>61.[player_tooltip player_id='278398' first='Kasen' last='Covert'] 6-0 185 QB Sherwood</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Covert had an outstanding junior season, hitting on 64% of his passes for 2,066 yards and 22 TDs. He earned 1st team all-league honors as a junior and has the potential of being the top QB in the state behind [player_tooltip player_id='152354' first='Cru' last='Newman']. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>62.[player_tooltip player_id='472195' first='Kaden' last='Hale'] 6-3 200 ATH Forest Grove</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Hale is a big physical athlete with the potential to play multiple spots on the field at the next level. He earned 2nd team all NWOC accolades, while accounting for 26 TDs (18 passing, 8 rushing) and 2,292 yards (1774 passing, 518 rushing). </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>63.[player_tooltip player_id='511311' first='Cade' last='Gehlen'] 6-0 175 ATH Central Catholic</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>The University of Portland baseball commit can also play some football. The very versatile Gehlen made 48 total tackles (2nd team), along with 65 touches for 429 yards and 3 TDs offensively. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>64.[player_tooltip player_id='278403' first='Niko' last='May'] 6-0 170 ATH Central Catholic</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>May has the potential of being one of the state's breakout WR's and a 6A statistical leader. He caught 24 passes for 282 yards and 3 TDs (11.8 ypc) as a junior. He could very well be a 50+ reception guy this coming season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>65.[player_tooltip player_id='278372' first='Jacob' last='Hutchinson'] 6-2 180 QB Jesuit</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Hutchinson will be a 3-year starter and someone with the potential of thriving if the Crusaders air it out more. [player_tooltip player_id='152334' first='Jace' last='Burton'] is a legit target with 2025 speedster [player_tooltip player_id='285867' first='Grant' last='Valley'] being another weapon he will have at his disposal. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>66.[player_tooltip player_id='511789' first='Conor' last='Croteau'] 6-4 200 TE Lake Oswego </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Look for Croteau to be one of the top receivers in the TRL after an honorable mention all-conference year at TE as a junior. He was a huge bright spot for EForce 7v7 the last few months. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>67.[player_tooltip player_id='209673' first='Aiden' last='Hazen'] 6-0 210 LB Marist</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>The returning conference player of the year defensively earned 1st team all-state honors as well. Hazen is a talented overall athlete (baseball) who made 88 total tackles with 5 tackles for loss as a junior. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>68.[player_tooltip player_id='209500' first='Luke' last='Newell'] 6-2 200 LB Thurston </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Newell had a good year offensively earning 1st team all-league honors at TE, while catching 16 passes for 417 yards and 7 TDs. That said as he doesn't have the 6-5 frame like his brother, currently at Arizona St. He could play more of a defensive role at the next level. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>69.[player_tooltip player_id='206848' first='Matix' last='Carpenter'] 6-1 260 DL Central Catholic</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Hands down one of the top overall lineman in the state. Carpenter earned 1st team all-league honors on both sides of the ball, making 41 tackles, with 5 tfl's, and 3 sacks. He's undersized for the position so he will most likely project on D. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>70.[player_tooltip player_id='278375' first='Malcolm' last='I'aulualo'] 6-3 265 OL Hood River </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Not a lot of people are aware with I'aulualo playing 5A ball out in the Gorge. He earned 1st team all-league honors as a sophomore and all state accolades as a junior on offense and defense. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>71.[player_tooltip player_id='206867' first='Connor' last='Dye'] 5-10 170 RB/WLB Springfield</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>One of the top RB's in the state who will project as a conference POY favorite on both sides of the football. Dye rushed 146 times for 963 yards and 12 TDs, for a much-improved Millers' team that will have the potential of jumping back into the 5A top 10. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>72.[player_tooltip player_id='511315' first='Grover' last='Melo'] 6-2 210 LB Central Catholic</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Melo quietly had one of the best years of any junior LB in Oregon. He has great size and mobility, finishing with 38 total tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and 4 sacks. He will project as a 1st team all Mt Hood athlete next season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>73.[player_tooltip player_id='302220' first='Nicco' last='Simonetti'] 6-0 175 WR Tigard</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Simonetti earned honorable mention all TRL accolades on both sides of the football and projects as one of the most versatile kids in the 2024 class. He will be a featured athlete with the Tigers graduating such a deep group. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>74.[player_tooltip player_id='383836' first='Teagen' last='Allen'] 6-3 300 OL Cascade</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Other than [player_tooltip player_id='291229' first='Sam' last='Keen'] of Marist, probably the top lineman in the state at the 4A level. Allen will project as a 1st team all-state selection but may be limited from a projection standpoint. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>75.[player_tooltip player_id='486002' first='DeShawn' last='Gilliam'] 6-1 170 DB South Albany </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Gilliam made one of the biggest jumps of any player on this board. He earned 1st team all-league honors defensively and was one of the top return men in Oregon. He could very well be a Mid-Willamette Conference 1st team guy on O, D, and special teams in 2023. </p>
