Kael Alexander Kael Alexander 6'4" | 195 lbs | QB Miramar | 2024 FL – Miramar High c/o 24
6’4 190lbs
Alexander is one of the top quarterbacks in South Florida. He led the district in passing by a wide margin last season throwing for 2,272 yards, completing 59% of his passes with 24 touchdowns. Alexander led a high-powered Patriots offense to 10-2 record and into the regional finals of the state playoffs last season. The All-Broward County selection picked up his first D1 offer from Bethune-Cookman on March 21st. Alexander is a smart quarterback with a 4.57 GPA, he sees the field well, has good size and flashes accuracy at all three levels, and possesses good mechanics and footwork.
Makhari Tucker- Everglades High c/o 24
5’10 160lbs
Tucker had a solid season last year for Everglades High, he finished third in the district with 1,541 yards passing, completing 59% of his passes with 16 touchdowns. He also rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns. Tucker will have the Gators poised for a shot at the district title and a chance to earn a playoff berth this upcoming season. Tucker is a high level athlete that does really good job avoiding the pass rush, shows quickness in the pocket and can get out on the edge and make throws. He could potentially play multiple positions at the next level.
Will Mencl- Pembroke Pines Charter c/o 27
6’2 175lbs
Mencl is a quarterback that coaches better get familiar with this season! He’s a rising freshman that shows a lot of talent and promise to be a big-time quarterback over the next several seasons. With the graduation of last season’s starter, Mencl should step in and immediately become one of the better quarterbacks in the district. In a backup role as an 8th grader he passed for 221 yards and a touchdown. Mencl shows really good arm talent and can make throws off platform or stand in the pocket and spray strikes all over the field, he also shows the athleticism and quickness to get out on the edge and be a threat with his legs. I’m excited to watch his development and really believe he could be a big time player in the next few seasons.
Nathaniel Nelson Jr.- American High c/o 25
5’11 160lbs
Nelson is a rising Junior for American High located in Hialeah, Florida. He doesn’t have any MaxPreps stats, but with some key pieces returning and stepping up they could be a team that makes some noise in the district this season. Nelson is an intriguing player and on film he shows pretty good footwork and can drive the ball down the seam, possesses the ability to throw touch throws vertically, and possesses a quick tight release. He’s a player with some upside and potential. Coaches may want to head down south this spring and check him out.
