Junior Film

- Last year as a junior, Brown ended the season as one of the best QB's from the West Tennessee region and with the Golden Tornadoes, he stands a good shot at competing for Mr. Football. Brown is a confident guy behind center who throws a nice ball while also being a strong athlete that can tuck it and run. He is a tad undersized but that doesn't matter in today's football as Brown has the arm strength, mobility and poise to reach the collegiate level.

----------

[player_tooltip player_id='281685' first='Matthew' last='Keller'] (6'1 172) - Middle College

Junior Film

- Keller is a multi-year starter for the Bulldogs who could be poised for his best season yet as he sports solid mechanics along with the arm speed and zip to get the ball out quickly. This guy is well taught, sporting strong football knowledge, so Keller could be a QB to keep an eye on this off-season to see where he progresses with his body and overall game. He could also become a Mr. Football contender with a strong senior year.

----------

[player_tooltip player_id='250846' first='Bryce' last='Miller'] (6'1 200) - Richland

Junior Film

- The Raiders are preparing for a big 2023 football year and that confidence stems from having Miller back for his senior season under center and one of the top returning QB's for the Class 1A ranks. Coming off a subpar junior year, Miller will be looking to bounce back in a strong way this season and he has the tools to do just that. Miller is a physically well built guy with solid arm power and enough mobility to gain positive yards with his legs. Miller must continue to develop and dominate his schedule to continue enhancing his college recruitment.

Class 2A

[player_tooltip player_id='323144' first='Nick' last='Brown'] (6'2 185) - Mt. Pleasant

Junior Film

- If you're looking for a sleeper prospect in the #TN2024 QB class, this could be your guy. Brown shows up strong on film with multiple physical traits from his size, arm talent and natural athleticism. This Tigers quarterback has strong mechanics while throwing a pretty ball (Seen in 7v7 action this year) but also has the mobility to climb the pocket or take off on the run. Brown sports nice potential for the next level and someone that could be a steal for whoever he eventually signs with.

Junior Film

- A two sport star for the Mustangs, Daniel is a big, physical gunslinger that has the traits and talent to spin the football on the collegiate level. After seeing this guy perform in person at camp and watching over his film, Daniel has the look and physical abilities that translate into college, especially his mechanics and arm strength. Baseball could be this guy's future but football might happen as well because Daniel can spin and will only get better with more development.

----------

[player_tooltip player_id='268186' first='E.J.' last='Gilliam'] - Freedom Prep

Junior Film

- The quarterback position for Freedom Prep has been well under control over the past two seasons with Gilliam under center but he is headed into his senior year and he must continue to develop if he wants to play on the collegiate level. A smooth lefty with mobility, Gilliam is a dual threat guy that plays well outside of the pocket, showing on the film to make throws on the move. This is a developmental QB at the moment that could boost his stock further with a strong offseason.

------------------------

Class 3A

[player_tooltip player_id='207312' first='Brady' last='Hammonds'] (6'2 200) - Gatlinburg-Pittman

Junior Film

- Last year as a junior was a breakout season for Hammonds as gained the attention of collegiate coaches and scouts with his ability to push the ball down field while also displaying the ability to take off and run. Hammonds is an interesting talent with size, arm strength and a skill set that can develop further on the next level. Wofford has already jumped on board with an offer and I expect several others to do so over the coming weeks.

---------

[player_tooltip player_id='258674' first='Brian' last='Rager'] (6'3 200) - Liberty Creek

Junior Film

- Rager is a big boy behind center that gained major experience last year as a first time starter and he can really take his recruitment to another level with continued progress through this offseason. The biggest thing you like about Rager when scouting him is his dual threat abilities and size. Once this guys get moving, it's hard to bring him down but if he can continue enhancing his passing abilities, he will see more interest from college coaches.

----------

[player_tooltip player_id='688717' first='Mays' last='McCoy'] (6'3 180) - Fairview

- One of the top returning dual threat quarterbacks from the Mid-Tennessee region is McCoy and while his junior numbers may not look great, his upside does. The more you look at this guy's film, the more you see the upside to where McCoy could play on the next level. He is a big guy that runs well, so if he can continue to develop his passing skills while learning the position more, McCoy may have a shot to excel on the collegiate gridiron.

Other 3A QB's to Know: [player_tooltip player_id='688723' first='Ty' last='Engle'] - Unicoi Co., [player_tooltip player_id='362076' first='Kyle' last='Carter'] - Scotts Hill
