March Update: 2024 Offensive Line

This unit has the potential to be one of the most talented the state has produced in several years. In this article, we are going to shine a spotlight on several offensive linemen in the class of 2024 to watch out for this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='149536' first='Vinny' last='Winters']-Malvern-6'4” 290-Pounds</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='149536' first='Vinny' last='Winters'] has played all over the offensive line for the Malvern Leopards. He is an extremely versatile prospect that can play the guard or tackle positions with ease. Winters is a devastating run blocker, using his power well to drive opposing defensive linemen to the ground. He is always looking for another defender to block and he runs at a high motor. Recruiting momentum has picked up over the past few months for the talented Malvern offensive lineman and I expect a strong 2023 season to close out his high school career.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='149537' first='Lane' last='Jeffcoat']-Bentonville West-6'9” 310-Pounds</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='149537' first='Lane' last='Jeffcoat'] has anchored the Bentonville West offensive line over the past three seasons. Jeffcoat has a great mix of speed and strength. He can play either tackle position and does so impressively. Jeffcoat looks to finish a block and proceed to find a defender at the second level to block. He recently earned a scholarship offer from UNLV and is a prospect to watch out for over the next few months. However, [player_tooltip player_id='149539' first='Hunter' last='Marshall'] is one of the most talented prospects at the position that you will find. Marshall has impressive speed and gets into the opposing defensive lineman quickly. The snaps that he gives are consistent and I have yet to see him deliver a bad snap. Scouts as well as fans will want to keep an eye on Marshall this season. Branham has started to haul in the scholarship offers recently. SMU, Oklahoma State, Texas A&amp;M have all extended scholarship offers to Branham. He is a powerhouse on the offensive line and is a powerful run blocker that has no problem clearing a rushing lane. Branham does an impressive job of keeping his quarterback's jersey clean. Johnson is an offensive lineman that has impressive power and he uses it well in clearing a path for his running backs. Johnson has quick feet and strong hands. He plays with a chip on his shoulder and has earned scholarship offers from Missouri, Arkansas State, and Pittsburgh State. Ewell is a powerful blocker and looks to finish every block with a pancake. He is an offensive lineman that looks to block at the second level.
