This conference includes Aliquippa, Central Valley, Montour, West Allegheny, Blackhawk, Chartiers Valley, Ambridge, and New Castle. Aliquippa is the state power from this Conference, but there are other teams represented in this ranking as well. Check it out below.
Tiqwai Hayes Tiqwai Hayes 6'1" | 200 lbs | RB Aliquippa | 2025 State PA Aliquippa. Hayes is a difference-making running back for Aliquippa. He can do it all at the running back position. He is a home run hitter every time he touches the ball. He is also a very physical running back and won’t go down after the 1st player tries to tackle him. Hayes is very good on inside runs when he can use his explosiveness to hit the hole. He is also very good on outside runs where he can use his speed to attack the sideline and then cut it up for a big play. Hayes projects as a high Division 1 College Football prospect who should get plenty of offers. He has all the tools for the running back position.
Highlights
T.Mason Dixon T.Mason Dixon 5'11" | 205 lbs | ATH Central Valley | 2025 State PA Central Valley. Dixon played linebacker and running back for Central Valley and he did not disappoint at all. He is a fluid athlete that plays with an edge on the football field. At linebacker, he is a side-line to side-line type of linebacker. He reads and reacts very well to the play. He is a very good tackler that consistently brings people down to the ground. Dixon is also very good in coverage and many times in his film he got his hands on the ball and tipped it away. At running back he is a physical running back who runs through contact. When he hits the hole he is special for making people miss. When he gets into the open field he can take it to the house anytime. Dixon projects as a Division 1 football player at the next level.
Highlights
Brock Cornell Brock Cornell 5'11" | 185 lbs | DB West Allegheny | 2025 State PA West Allegheny. Cornell played safety and some other positions for West Allegheny last year. At safety is a very good tackler. He comes up and is a physical tackler at times, but he also is a sure tackler. Many times he is the last defense and he comes up and makes the tackle. Cornell plays the angles well at safety and knows exactly the path to take down a ball carrier. He is very good in coverage and is good at making plays on the ball. He also is good close to the line of scrimmage. Cornell can be blitzed off the edge or be the flat defender. Cornell is a good athlete that flashes it by playing some running back and as a wildcat quarterback. Cornell has a ton of talent and should only improve with more time playing.
Daniel Batch Daniel Batch 6'0" | 200 lbs | WR Montour | 2025 State PA Montour. Batch is an underrated prospect in the 2025 class. He is a very good athlete who is dynamic as a wide receiver. He is very good after the catch. Montour threw him slip screens, slants, and other short routes that he can make plays with. Batch has elite track speed. When he gets into the open field, he is gone. He is good on reverses, and the return game as well. Lastly one of the best parts of his game is his ball skills. He is very good at going up and catching contested balls. Batch has a ton of talent and will only get better in the next two years.
Tyler Ondrusek Tyler Ondrusek 5'10" | 230 lbs | OL Central Valley | 2025 State PA Central Valley. Ondrusek is a very good prospect who plays defensive tackle for Central Valley. He is very strong and uses that strength to control interior offensive linemen. With his strength and technique, Ondrusek can dominate at defensive tackle. Ondrusek is also very good at using his hands and controlling offensive linemen. Lastly, Ondrusek has a motor and excels at chasing plays down. Ondrusek projects as someone who is going to have a good chance at playing College Football in the future.
Highlights
Nino Dimichelle Montour. Nino Dimichele Nino Dimichele 5'10" | 170 lbs | LB Montour | 2025 State PA played outside linebacker for Montour. He is a very good open-field tackler. He comes upfield and excels at making the tackle. Dimichele is also good at setting the edge. When he sets the edge he either makes the tackle or forces the ball carrier inside. Dimichele is also good at dropping in coverage and making a play on the ball. He even played safety at times and was good enough to play coverage. Dimichele is a good athlete that has all the skills to be a good linebacker. He should only get better going forward and I expect big things from him in the future.
