2025 6'3 220 DL - [player_tooltip player_id='218624' first='Kamden' last='Laudenslager'] - McDonogh

[player_tooltip player_id='218624' first='Kamden' last='Laudenslager'] is the #2 ranked DL prospect in Maryland's 2025 class. He's arguably the most relentless pass rusher in the state, and he possesses ridiculous closing speed for his size. There are very few players at the high school level that can finish tackles like Laudenslager. He has already received D1 power five conference offers from elite programs such as UNC, Wisconsin, Wake Forest, and others, therefore it's clear that Laudenslager is a special player. If you're a next level defensive line scout then you must know the name [player_tooltip player_id='218624' first='Kamden' last='Laudenslager']!

2025 6'5 230 DL - [player_tooltip player_id='375015' first='Brandon' last='Thomas'] - St. Frances Academy

If you're looking for a dynamic and efficient football player then look no further than [player_tooltip player_id='375015' first='Brandon' last='Thomas'] of St. Frances Academy. Thomas gained a lot of valuable experience last season, and he did so competing on both sides of the ball for one of the most elite programs in all of high school football. [player_tooltip player_id='375015' first='Brandon' last='Thomas'] possesses a ton of D1 potential, and there's absolutely no doubt in my mind that he's going to have a huge season for St. Frances in 2023. Scouts nationwide must keep their eyes on [player_tooltip player_id='375015' first='Brandon' last='Thomas'].

2025 6'3 260 DL - [player_tooltip player_id='507255' first='Nahsir' last='Taylor'] - Rock Creek Christian

[player_tooltip player_id='507255' first='Nahsir' last='Taylor'] had a breakout season in the Fall for Rock Creek Christian, and he's absolutely their top young prospect on defense. He's the #7 ranked overall prospect in Maryland's 2025 class, and there's no doubt that he will continue to dominate for the next two seasons. He already has offers from many D1 programs such as Maryland, Rutgers, Georgia Tech, WVU, and BC. Taylor's ability to cause turnovers really stands out when you watch him play, and the reason for it is his immense tackling power. [player_tooltip player_id='507255' first='Nahsir' last='Taylor'] is a formidable force on defense with huge next level potential for Rock Creek Christian, and the Eagles will continue to dominate defensively with Taylor on the roster. His skillset will translate to the college game perfectly as well.

2025 6'0 215 DL - [player_tooltip player_id='250314' first='Emilie' last='Dore'] - Calvert Hall

[player_tooltip player_id='250314' first='Emilie' last='Dore'] demonstrated an elite ability to contain the run this Fall, and he consistently did so with incredible speed and quickness. Dore never shied away from the outside either, even if lined up on the interior, and he made many tackles out of position that actually maintained containment. [player_tooltip player_id='250314' first='Emilie' last='Dore'] proved that he's one of the top defensive prospects on Calvert Hall's roster, and another reason for that is his incredible vision for his age. As represented by his highlights, Dore can seemingly see plays happen before they even do, and his sense for play development on the football field is simply next level. [player_tooltip player_id='250314' first='Emilie' last='Dore'] is the #5 ranked defensive lineman in Maryland's 2025 class, and, if they do not already, scouts must know who he is by now.

2025 6'4 290 DL - [player_tooltip player_id='273349' first='Delano' last='Brown'] - Good Counsel

[player_tooltip player_id='273349' first='Delano' last='Brown'] put forth an extremely dominant Freshman season with Archbishop Spalding back in 2021. So much so, in fact, that Brown transferred to Good Counsel in order to play at a higher level in the WCAC. The transfer makes a lot of sense for an elite defensive player like [player_tooltip player_id='273349' first='Delano' last='Brown'], especially considering he already has an offer from the University of Maryland. I have no doubt that he will perform at his all-time best in the Fall, and, if he is, then Good Counsel's defense will be extremely dominant. [player_tooltip player_id='273349' first='Delano' last='Brown'] is a game changing player who must be recruited very seriously at the D1 level.
