Gil Jackson, George Ranch, DB
Jackson is going to have a big season. This young man knows how to go up for the football. He knows how to be a general within the secondary. Jackson has the ability to get his long arms on receivers from the line, knocking them off of their route. Jackson also has a great set of soft hands. If I could advise him to work on anything, it would be getting those hips around on shorter receivers. He is long so he doesn’t want to get in the habit of standing up straight when facing a shorter receiver. I think he has what it takes to make it on the division one level.
Kameron Williams, WR,
Williams is a good very elusive receiver. He can make the short plays turn into long plays for touchdowns. Williams is a guy that any coach would want to have on their team. His acceleration in and out of cuts is amazing. He doesn’t do a lot of bouncing around. He makes his cuts and is off to the races. Williams also can make very acrobatic catches. He’s a guy who gives quarterbacks a big range to throw. I’ll definitely be keeping up with him.
Dramekco Green, RB, Conroe
Green is going to be a division one running back. He has the size and speed. Green does not come down easily. He has good balance to go along with some power. He is going to be a monster this upcoming season. Green can run with the best of them. I also love that straight arm he uses to fend off defenders. Green also has good hands out of the backfield. He’s definitely a player to keep up with.
Derek Anderson, OLB, Westwood
Anderson is a very disciplined prospect. He knows how to handle his assignment. Anderson also makes good solid tackles. He has long arms that help him keep outside containment. Anderson isn’t the biggest in weight, but that is going to come. I can definitely see him growing into a hybrid safety. This kid has good talent. He is also a good basketball player. We can keep up with his journey. He is going to be a dude.
