Our final senior rankings are on it's way but before we release him, here we provide you a preview of what's to come and some stock risers for the offensive prospects within our #TN2023 class.

The recruiting cycle for the 2023 in-state recruiting class has been completed but before we move on to the next crop of prospects, it's time for our final #TN2023 rankings and here we breakdown some of the biggest offensive movers and stories from our senior class.

Over a 12 month process, the #TN2023 prospects went through the rigors of camps, practices and an entire season that for some, did not end until December but most everybody in this class got better and positioned themselves to become a future college football player.

Below we go position by position, breaking down the top players at each offensive position that made the biggest noise throughout the process and saw their stocks rise to place themselves high within our final #TN2023 rankings.

Quarterbacks

- The battle for the #1 overall quarterback came down to the end with a battle between [player_tooltip player_id='102233' first='Brock' last='Glenn'], [player_tooltip player_id='60841' first='Chris' last='Parson'], [player_tooltip player_id='150305' first='Kenny' last='Minchey'] and MBA signal caller [player_tooltip player_id='102308' first='Marcel' last='Reed']. All four of these guys are headed to the Power Five ranks and all four are your top four ranked QB's for the #TN2023 class. Stay tuned for the updated rankings to see who the #1 guy will be.

- [player_tooltip player_id='295457' first='Coby' last='Walton'] - Nolensville: Leading his team to a region title and a deep playoff run, Walton put together a banner senior season that landed him a spot with Georgia Southern next season. Walton also showed off impressive development with his arm strength and anticipation, which pushed him higher into our final QB rankings.

- [player_tooltip player_id='102302' first='Jordyn' last='Potts'] - Powell: Placing himself within the top ten of our final quarterback rankings, Potts started off his senior season with an injury but came back strong to lead his team deep into the playoffs and close to another state title. This dude is a gamer with nice mechanics and a great feel for playing the game.

- [player_tooltip player_id='102276' first='Zach' last='Lunsford'] - Alcoa: Signing with Carson-Newman, Lunsford had his best season yet under center and to me, really boosted his stock to where I thought he may sign with an FCS program. This Tornados signal caller sports good size, arm power and deceptive mobility. The Eagles definitely got a steal with Lunsford.

Running Backs

- For most of the 2023 recruiting process, Karns running back [player_tooltip player_id='102176' first='DeSean' last='Bishop'] has been at the top of the RB rankings and that won't change in our final edition. He received stiff competition from future Virginia Cavalier [player_tooltip player_id='102349' first='Noah' last='Vaughn'] but the Beavers two time Mr. Football held onto the top spot.

- The running back position got deeper with the additions of [player_tooltip player_id='102344' first='Marquez' last='Taylor'] and [player_tooltip player_id='102219' first='Malaki' last='Dowell'] as they officially moved over from the “Athletes”. Both of these backs signed with Austin Peay and give the Govs the best signed running back tandem not just in the state but for their conference as well. Look for Taylor and Dowell to rank high within our final #TN2023 rankings.

- [player_tooltip player_id='302319' first='Jordan' last='Harris'] - Alcoa: Harris capped off his senior year with another “Gold Ball” while also placing himself as a finalist for Mr. Football. After the season had concluded, Harris signed to play his college ball for Tennessee Tech where he will head to campus as a running back and the talents to see the field sooner than later.

- [player_tooltip player_id='234963' first='Jevon' last='Edmondson'] - Overton: This guy is a hidden gem that put forth a strong senior year that certainly put him on the map as an actual recruitable college prospect. Edmondson took a big rise in our final rankings and while he has not signed, this Bobcats running back remains one of the best available prospects from the #TN2023 class.

- [player_tooltip player_id='150315' first='Darius' last='Johnson'] - Beech: Almost unstoppable his senior season rushing the ball, Johnson was a revelation this year, being the bell cow back for his Bucs offense that helped lead his team to the 6A title game. His performance this year not only boosted his recruitment but pushed his stock higher into the top 20 ranked backs in the state.

Wide Receivers

- This position is as deep as any offensive position in the state for the #TN2023 class, so that top spot was certainly in-flux for a while before McGavock's senior [player_tooltip player_id='151256' first='Demitrius' last='Bell'] took that spot and held onto it going into our final rankings. Bell is an elite athlete that will be taking his talents to Nebraska in the Fall, where he could see the field early due to his athleticism and speed.

Bell's main competition came from the likes of [player_tooltip player_id='102301' first='Shamar' last='Porter'], [player_tooltip player_id='185565' first='Junior' last='Sherrill'], [player_tooltip player_id='102238' first='Ayden' last='Greene'], [player_tooltip player_id='207352' first='London' last='Humphreys'] and a few others but the Middle Tennessee will be ranked as the top overall receiver and one of the best overall prospects from the #TN2023 class.

- [player_tooltip player_id='102226' first='Chance' last='Fitzgerald'] - Nolensville: Nobody boosted their stock more this past season than Fitzgerald as his work earned him a scholarship to Virginia Tech and a chance at succeeding in the ACC. This big and fast wideout will be placed among the top five receivers in the state but where will his final ranking be? Stay tuned and find out!

- [player_tooltip player_id='201101' first='Jamari' last='Person'] - Haywood: Keep an eye on Person as he takes his game to Colorado State next season as this tall and long wideout has the physical traits to develop into a go-to guy during his time in Fort Collins. If this receiver class wasn't as deep, Person would be ranked higher but look for this guy to remain within the #TN2023 Top 100.

- [player_tooltip player_id='197134' first='Kaleb' last='Carver'] - Green Hill: Indianapolis got an absolute steal right here with Carver as I truly believed this guy could play on the lower D1 level and shine. His ranking won't reflect his upside but Carver is legit and one of the more underrated prospects from this year's senior class.

Tight Ends

- Nothing will change at the top of the tight end rankings with [player_tooltip player_id='102275' first='Ty' last='Lockwood'] as the clear cut guy. The future Alabama pass catcher is one of the best overall prospects from the in-state 2023 class and someone with a possible future on the NFL level.

Sitting right behind Lockwood is Blackman tight end and future Cal Golden Bear, [player_tooltip player_id='102283' first='Ben' last='Marshall']. This guy is an athletic receiver that can spread out wide and give mismatch problems for smaller defenders. Behind Lockwood and Marshall is where the rankings begin to get interesting.

- [player_tooltip player_id='201093' first='Dalton' last='Restelli'] - Baylor: Restelli burst onto the scene in a big way his senior year, becoming one of the best tight ends in the state. His play earned him a spot with Chattanooga but they gained a steal as Restelli is a D1 caliber prospect that will only get better over the next several years.

- [player_tooltip player_id='102280' first='Mena' last='Mannan'] - Franklin: Over the course of the offseason and his senior season, Mannan's name kept building steam within recruiting circles due to his athleticism, size and versatility. His stock rose so much that he ended up signing with Eastern Ky and placing himself in consideration for the top five ranked tight ends in the state.

Offensive Line

- Much won't change at the top of the O-line rankings with future Ole Miss Rebel [player_tooltip player_id='102315' first='Brycen' last='Sanders'] leading the way. Sitting right behind him is a group of future Power Five prospects in [player_tooltip player_id='102185' first='Luke' last='Brown'], [player_tooltip player_id='102358' first='Lance' last='Williams'], [player_tooltip player_id='102257' first='Tyler' last='Jeffries'], [player_tooltip player_id='102206' first='Joe' last='Crocker'] and [player_tooltip player_id='276788' first='Brandon' last='Solis'] that all show the upside to become starters on the next level. Look out for Solis as he has as much upside as anybody within our senior rankings.

- [player_tooltip player_id='102277' first='Barrett' last='Maddox'] - Clinton: The entire 2022 year was a breakout party for Maddox as he broke out on the scene during camp season then kept the strong play going during his senior year. His play earned him a shot at playing in the SEC with Vanderbilt along with the upside to play further than that. Nobody saw a bigger jump in their rankings than Maddox, who will be placed among the state's Top 100.

- [player_tooltip player_id='102179' first='Nate' last='Bledsoe'] - Briarcrest Chrst.: Bouncing back after an injury during his junior season, Bledsoe came back stronger than ever to have his best season yet and now he is set to take his talents to Texas to play college ball with Rice. For most of the process, Bledsoe was underrated and still sits there today. He will be ranked high and a guy that will become a possible four year starter during his time with the Owls.

- Austin Peay Governors: We are listing a team here and that's due to the Govs landing the best offensive line class in the state with multiple guys being ranked within our #TN2023 rankings. Leading the way is Greeneville senior [player_tooltip player_id='317187' first='Ty' last='Williams'], followed by [player_tooltip player_id='157394' first='Leo' last='Gonzalez'] from Lenoir City and Smith County's [player_tooltip player_id='234956' first='Dane' last='Woodard'].

Williams is a versatile guy that could play multiple roles across the O-line. Gonzalez is a pure road grader at guard that might see the field sooner than the others. Woodard is a massive young man at 6 '10 300 pounds plus that has offensive tackle written all over him but could slide inside to guard as well. All three of these guys will be ranked within the Top 25 O-linemen with someone ranked inside the Top 20.
