<p>Take the top player for instance in [player_tooltip player_id='248038' first='Curtis' last='Witte']. The Council Bluffs Lewis Central junior has another year to showcase just how great he is.</p>

<p>Heck, even the list of honorable mention could easily be on one of the first three teams most any other year. </p>

<p><strong>First Team - [player_tooltip player_id='248038' first='Curtis' last='Witte'] - Council Bluffs Lewis Central - Junior</strong></p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='248038' first='Curtis' last='Witte'] made it extremely difficult to pass on Council Bluffs Lewis Central this past season, picking off eight of the 23 passes the Titans recorded. He also had nearly 30 tackles from his spot in the secondary.</p>

<p>Oh, and let us not forget that he caught 51 passes for 998 yards and 13 scores, averaging almost 20 yards per catch.</p>

<p><strong>Second Team - [player_tooltip player_id='156487' first='Titus' last='Cram'] - Bondurant-Farrar - Junior</strong></p>

<p>Paired up with classmate [player_tooltip player_id='247963' first='Reed' last='Pfaltzgraff'], Bondurant-Farrar junior [player_tooltip player_id='156487' first='Titus' last='Cram'] was tough to ignore once he stepped on the field. On defense, Cram was all over the place, picking off three passes while recording 34 tackles. He also was the leader on offense, running for almost 1,300 yards while hauling in another 249 through the air with 18 combined touchdowns.</p>

<p><strong>Third Team - [player_tooltip player_id='105191' first='Aidan' last='McDermott'] - Cedar Rapids Xavier - Senior</strong></p>

<p>Another of the elite two-way players, [player_tooltip player_id='105191' first='Aidan' last='McDermott'] of Cedar Rapids Xavier recorded 24 tackles with five interceptions for one of the best defenses in the state this past year. He also handled punt return duties, averaging almost 21 yards per return with a score.</p>

<p>On offense, McDermott led the Saints with 45 receptions for 804 yards and 12 touchdowns. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='246727' first='Ty' last='McKinney'] was the field general for Webster City this past season, while Nate Lampe of Newton, [player_tooltip player_id='320420' first='Leighton' last='Charters'] of Cedar Rapids Washington and several others were all incredible from the last line of defense.</p>
