Irwin is faster than most defensive ends and was at the top of nearly all the speed tests at the Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase.
He is such a good athlete that he has an offer as a receiver. His pad level is excellent and he has a variety of pass rush moves. He forced four fumbles and has a knack for finding the ball.
Western New Mexico has offered him and he recently visited Sacramento State.
Highlights
Poso may be one of the strongest players on this list. He is fun to watch because he uses a combination of his strength and quick hands to get into the backfield.
He is a good athlete and gets down the line quickly to stop outside runs. He’s an aggressive player and isn’t afraid to lower his shoulder into a pulling guard.
Poso has an offer from Iowa Wesleyan and some PWOs from Wyoming and Southern Utah.
Savala is an outside linebacker at the college level but in high school he was largely a stand up defensive end.
He does a good job using his length to create separation and often gets his hand up to deflect short passes.
Adams State has offered Savala.
Talavou is a mystery who did not play for Servite his senior season.
As a junior, he was near the team lead in sacks against the top teams in the state. He has the speed and quick hands to blow by people and can also bullrush a tackle into the quarterback.
Talavou isn’t active on social media so I don’t know how many offers he has, but he has shown he can play well against top teams.
