(Kipp Columbus) 6’1 185- At 6’1 and 185 pounds Watkins has a really nice frame to build. He’s a fluid runner who runs strong routes. He’s a patient route runner who understands tempo and setting up his man. Into his route Watkins is sudden in breaks and uses his length to box out and high point the ball in the air. Jeremiah has good footwork and a strong upfield tilt to get good releases. Once he gets the ball in his hands he’s a playmaker who uses good vision and athleticism to make plays. Right now Watkins’ has mostly G5 interests. I think he has P5 potential and with a strong camp season I think he could burst onto the P5 scene.

(Moeller) 6’0 170- As a junior season Smith had a strong senior class in front of him on the depth chart. Heading into his senior season Smith should be looking at winning a starting position for the Crusaders. Smith possesses good length. He uses solid acceleration to get free releases. He has solid hands and does a great job of catching the ball away from his body. With his strong hands and ability to catch the ball away from his body he presents a big catch radius for his quarterbacks. He’s sudden in and out of his breaks. When he gets the ball in his hands, he uses tempo and juke moves to gain yards after the catch. I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of film Preston can put out in a much larger varsity role.

(Saint Ed’s) 6’0 165- Boone is a long versatile cornerback for the Eagles. He can play both off and press man. He displays smooth feet and hips. He gets good depth in his back pedal and has the hips to flip and run with wr’s. Cam also has the long speed to run with faster receivers. He shows solid technique and hand use at the line of scrimmage to redirect the receiver’s route. When the ball is in the air he has solid timing and plays the ball rather than the man. In the run game he reads and diagnoses quickly to come up. Playing for a program like Ed’s Boone got 15 games of development in his junior season against some of the top programs Ohio and the country has to offer. If Cam can continue to gain weight and strength, to bolster his press man defense, I think he has D1 potential.

Chardon | 2024

(Chardon) 6’3 200- I like Colombi as a hybrid Safety/Linebacker at the college level. He’s comfortable both in coverage and in run defense. In coverage he has a good feel for playing in space, and he can also run with TE’s, RB’s, and bigger WR’s. He does a good job of mirroring and gets really good breaks on the ball for a bigger athlete. In the run game Leo plays with good pad level and leverage. His quick read and react along with his high-end acceleration make him a tough block and allow him to get into the backfield and make tackles behind the line of scrimmage. Leo has offers from a good portion of the MAC conference. If he can continue to add good weight and strength I wouldn’t be surprised if he started to get some P5 interest.

OL Dillon Robinson (Anthony Wayne) 6’4 270- At 6’4 270 pounds, Robinson has a nice frame. He lines up at tackle for the Generals. Robinson excels in the run game. He has the feet and quickness to be used in many different ways. He’s an excellent pull blocker who also does a great of getting to the second level and blocking in space. In the pass game he has a good kick step that he uses to shut down the edge from opposing defensive ends. Dillon loves finishing, and plays to the whistle. In college I could see Dillon used as a swing tackle, but I also think he’s versatile enough to move inside. He’s technically sound. This offseason will be big for Robinson in continuing to add good weight and strength in his development. He’ll have the opportunity to compete against bigger higher level defensive linemen in front of college coaches.

Garfield | 2024

(Garfield) 6’3 260- On film Wiczen shows out in the run game. He’s a stout blocker who plays downhill and with great leverage. I project Jonathan to slide down to the guard position at the college level. It fits his strengths and his body type well. He’ll thrive in the run blocking and with a strong anchor he’ll be able to stalemate a strong bull rush up the middle. Having grown a lot over the last 2 years, Wiczen is a late bloomer. I’m interested to see how Jonathan continues to develop and build off a strong junior season.
