This class has some very unique receivers with different styles. This class is going to be loaded with top signees around this time next year. Most of these guys are playing in the 7v7 circuit this summer. We will do these breakdowns all month. More players will be added as we go.

[player_tooltip player_id='273255' first='JJ' last='Harrell'], North Panola

Harrell is very explosive. On some occasions that can be an understatement. Harrell does what he wants to do on the football field. He is also a very exciting punt returner. Harrell is a guy that I think needs to continue to work on his routes. He isn't a bad route runner, but that will elevate his game more. He has great speed and superb athleticism. Learning how to control his body, and having different releases will elevate his game. Harrell can be the ultimate receiver on the next level. Working with Mesh Academy this summer will get him where he needs to be.

[player_tooltip player_id='344026' first='Jeremy' last='Scott'], Callaway

Scott is a guy who has been working with Shay Hodge for quite some time. This kid is going to be a beast in college. Scott has great speed. He also knows how to run routes. That's one of the best parts of his game. Scott is long so he uses his arms to get a good release in the press. He also has the speed to make a cornerback use every technique they have ever learned. Scott can break himself down to leave corners headed in the other direction. Scott is a very nice receiver. He also has great ball skills. He is only going to get better.

[player_tooltip player_id='139851' first='JQ' last='Witherspoon'], Tupelo

Witherspoon is another guy who is a speed demon. When you watch his film, you notice how he always separates from defenders. There aren't a lot of guys who can keep up with Witherspoon. However, I do think that he can also become a better route runner. He isn't the tallest guy on the field, but he plays with a big heart. He also plays within the toughest division of football in Mississippi. Witherspoon obviously can face the best of the best when it comes to competition. He just needs to become more fluent in his route running.

[player_tooltip player_id='344101' first='Hastin' last='Nelson'], Baldwyn

Nelson is a big receiver who has a lot of game speed. Nelson is a playmaker who does a lot for his team. He can make the plays that his team needs him to make. Nelson is a very good possession receiver as well. Nelson can keep the chains going with that big body. He knows how to shield off defenders when he is roaming in the zone. Nelson will only get better. I think he can continue to work on his speed and route running. That will help his stock rise.
