This marked one of the first close looks I had at all three quarterbacks listed.
Tre Henning Tre Henning 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB St. Joseph's Prep | 2025 State PA was second in MVP consideration. This was hardly his first time in a camp setting, the St. Joseph’s Prep underclassmen passer is a frequent camper. Henning and his family do an awesome job keeping scouts like myself in the know despite his lack of reps at SJP. The kid continues to work his tail off, always ready for an opportunity. As for his performance at the camp, damn near flawless. Plenty of drive and power in his throws, connecting well on seams, out-routes, and digs. Henning kept the ball off the turfand looked sharper than I thought from a footwork and release perspective.
Rylan Bratton Rylan Bratton 6'2" | 170 lbs | QB York Suburban | 2025 State PA looked good all camp, especially during testing. The 6’1.5 quarterback ran a respectable 4.73 40, came an inch short of jumping a 9-foot Broad, as well as ran a 4.36 Shuttle. His numbers among QBs alone has him earning a spot on the 2nd-team.
I had no clue Stephen Tryon Stephen Tryon 6'1" | 195 lbs | QB Conwell-Egan | 2024 State PA showed up at the camp. A young man I’m familiar with, Tryon took me by surprise when I saw him throwing dots all over the field. Not to say I didn’t think this kid was capable, but Tryon showed me some of the natural arm talent that could show itself on the field next Fall. Tryon had to be the most confident passer I witnessed all night. Tryon was out to prove he belonged, that he did. If the passer I saw in January shows up on tape, Conwell-Egan will go far especially considering the athletes they have on the field. Not only will CEC be elevated, but Tryon’s name will also jump onto local collegiate boards.
Chase Gallagher Chase Gallagher 6'5" | 195 lbs | WR Archbishop Carroll | 2023 State PA should have walked away with offers from DIII schools present after the 6’5.5 wideout nearly ran a sub 4.6. Potential is Gallagher’s calling card. Lock Haven scooped him up and offered him just hours before the camp as well. There was strong consideration to have Gallagher on first team.
Jarrett Kern Jarrett Kern 6'1" | 185 lbs | WR Susquehanna Township | 2026 State PA might’ve been the most impressive wideout outside of Aaron Enterline. I say this with complete consideration of how much of an unknown he was to me at the time. I heard rumblings of his name, I have him on radar for the 2026 rankings. Yet, I didn’t expect Kern to work DBs the way he did. Watching him without a roster, there was no way I would have guessed he was a freshman. His performance will be reflected when we drop 2026 rankings next week.
Durrell Ceasar Durrell Ceasar 6'1" | 180 lbs | WR Steelton-Highspire | 2024 State PA and Dwayne Kelly Jr. took the cake when talking about the camp’s best route runners. Jayvon Scott Jayvon Scott 5'8" | 155 lbs | ATH Coatesville | 2024 State PA ‘s name has to be included in that conversation. Every time I looked at one of his reps, he was 5-8 yards away from his defender. This happened on multiple occasions. Scott was separating at will, incredible balance and burst. Excited to get him going on the site, he earned that. Scott caught the attention of many coaches throughout the drills he participated in as well, further validation.
I didn’t get the chance to watch running backs work the way I would have liked. That being said, I was sent some clips of Penn Charter’s Zachary Curtin Zachary Curtin 5'11" | 195 lbs | RB Penn Charter | 2024 State PA in the open field. Curtin was making kids whiff, in a camp setting! I love Curtin’s game with pads on, he’s a legit top 15-20 running back in his class. I didn’t know he had in-space moves like the ones he showed off in camp. Let’s not get it twisted, where Curtin shines is on the field, playing both sides. It was nice, however, to see him move the way he did. Very surprised he didn’t receive too much love post-camp.
Loved the way Capria performed during the combine portion of the event. A 9’9 broad (twice) is absurd for a 5’7 running back. Capria also recorded a 4.29 Shuttle, as well as a respectable 4.56 40.

Colby Reph Colby Reph 6'1" | 295 lbs | OL Northampton Area | 2024 State PA tested out of his mind, especially for a young man that almost weighed in at 300 pounds. I spoke about his awesome numbers in a previous post. These three linemen land on the 2nd-Team, yet all have real cases to be on the 1st-team, especially Reph. His rank is already a high one, it might have to be bumped a little further.
Carter Sheehan Carter Sheehan 6'4" | 265 lbs | OL Bishop Guilfoyle | 2024 State PA proved to me and Carl Frederick that he deserves to be ranked with some of the top offensive linemen in his class. His tape proved that before he ever showed up to the camp if I’m being honest. Sheehan was initially an oversight, now we know all about him.
Roman Kane Roman Kane 6'1" | 270 lbs | OL Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2025 State PA was a pleasant surprise. The top-150 2025 prospect impressed Carl Frederick enough to earn top-performer consideration. I was happy to hear it, it proved my high praise of his tape to hold firm in a class full of special linemen. I spoke with many of Kane’s teammates the following week at a 7v7 event, they all had nothing but great things to say about the young man.
