DeLong is a fantastic athlete who is still getting better. He’s got a ton of experience playing in the backfield along with being lined up as a receiver. He’s been put in the slot and out wide and had a ton of success. However, DeLong gives vibes that he’s going to be an elite Slot WR. He’s twitchy, can read coverage, has elite speed, and catches everything that comes his way. When he’s got the ball in his hands he’s as good as anyone in the state. His route tree is still a work in progress but he can run a pretty nasty whip route. With DeLong, as he develops in the weight room and gets a better nuance of all the little things that it takes to be a collegiate receiver I think he can really flourish. He’s versatile and can be moved all over the field. On top of all of that, DeLong is an elite kick returner. He’s got the speed and vision you love to see as well and can set your offense up with good field position. DeLong is a sneaky good recruit who can make an offense better when he gets his shot.

Omarion Youghbor – Gary West Side – RB – 6’1″ 220lbs – 2024
Youghbor is a punishing runner who is as hard to bring down as anyone in the state. When he gets a full head of steam, that 6’1″ 220lbs comes right at you like a train on the tracks. Ask every defender who found out this year. You have 2 options with Youghbor coming downhill at you. Move or be moved. He’s got an incredibly powerful upper-body that allows him to throw guys around. His lower body is thick and just as strong. In terms of playing RB I think there’s some development to be done. He runs a bit high with his pads and his footwork while getting the hand-off is iffy. However, when he hits the hole and gets the ball he turns into an RB. He’s got the speed to bounce it to the outside and get the edge. Even if he doesn’t get the corner, you still have to bring him down and that’s a task in it’s own right. Youghbor has a rare frame for an RB and he looks good carrying the ball. He could easily become the same punishing runner at the next level and feast in the Redzone. A sneaky interesting recruit who is going to make an impact somewhere for whoever finds him.

Seth Tolliver Seth Tolliver 6'3" | 195 lbs | DL Southmont | 2023 State IN – Southmont – DE/WR – 6’3″ 185lbs – 2023
Tolliver completely just caught me off guard. His ability to get off the ball defensively might be the best I’ve seen in a few years. Regularly, he’s jumping the snap so fast and perfectly it looks like he’s offside but he’s not. He lives in the backfield and can get there before the hand-off is made. He’s just got a special ability to time the snap and explode like very few guys actually can. He’s violent as well. With his frame and the fact he listed as WR as well, I anticipated more of those highlights but my goodness am I glad he can play defense. He’s fun. As simple as that and if he can hit the weight room and develop, Tolliver can be special. Sometimes guys just have “IT” at a certain position and that’s Tolliver. Offensively, he’s solid as well. Big frame, great vertical, and good hands. A threat in the Redzone and is hard to cover. However, keep this man on defense and you’ll reap the rewards much sooner than later.

Abraham Victoriano Abraham Victoriano 6'2" | 270 lbs | OL North Daviess | 2024 State IN – North Daviess – OL – 6’2″ 250lbs – 2024
Victoriano is steadily improving at every position across the line. He’s been asked to bounce around and time and time again has shown he can slide around the line and fill in if needed. He’s a solid starting Tackle as well. He’s got a decent frame but he still could use some development in the weight room. I do think he may be looked at to move to the inside at the next level just with his ability to bend and move. In the running game when he’s able to get the right leverage he can remove them from the play instantly. Other times he can get too high out of his stance and shoes and struggle. Pass blocking he’s much better just simply setting his feet and anchoring up. As the weight comes and teaching from a collegiate coach comes Victoriano could easily shape into a starting caliber player at the next level. He’ll have a ton of experience and snaps when he graduates which should help him settle into the college game when the time comes.
