Most of these players will attend Junior Day to get more familiar with a school of interest. We will give you the when and where they”ll be headed this month.
Fred Clark Fred Clark 6’2″ | 205 lbs | LB Winona | 2024 State MS is the #1 linebacker in the state. He will be attending Miss. State on Jan 21st, Memphis university on Jan 28, and Ole Miss on Jan 29. He attended the US Army Combine and secured the first linebacker spot for the Senior game. Clark is highly recruited by most of the SEC schools. Alabama coaches came to his school on Jan 19 to show interest in recruiting him. He will have plenty of offers coming his way. Clark is looking forward to improving his overall skill and will start some private workouts to improve. He should be a dandy dozen when the season starts.
JJ Harrell JJ Harrell 6’1″ | 175 lbs | WR North Panola | 2024 State MS is one of the state’s best receivers if not the best. He will be attending LSU on Jan 20 for Junior day. Harrell visit Tennessee last week. So far this month alone Harrell has picked up offers from Auburn, Louisville, Tulsa, and Jackson State. Harrell is looking to become the state’s top receiver and should be a dandy dozen. The 4-star prospect will have plenty of offers by the end of his senior year.
Braylon is the state’s best athlete in my opinion. He is a 4-star recruit who was also invited to the Army Combine. Burnside will be attending Troy university on Jan 21st for their junior day. He played a big role in Starkville’s state championship win. A good young man with wonderful grades and respect for others. He can play on both sides of the ball. Braylon will continue to receive offers the sky is the limit for this young man.
Highlights
Jay is an interesting prospect. He will attend Miss State junior day on Jan 21st. Stevenson had an outstanding season at Heritage Academy. He will be a player to look out for. He played at Eupora high before coming to Heritage Academy and had success there also. Stevenson is a complete back with good breakaway speed.
Daniel is another one of Mississippi’s great athletes. It’s so hard to choose between him or Braylon as the state’s number 1 athlete. Hill visit Alabama University over the weekend and enjoyed the visit. He will visit Tennessee next week. The 4-star athlete is planning to visit Alabama again. He has offers from UNLV, Auburn, Miss State, LSU , and Texas just to name a few. His list will continue to grow.
