Miles Morgan: MLB / 5’11 / 195lbs / Brighton HS Jr.
Morgan is an athletic player with a good knack for the football. Plays with good instincts by avoiding blocks to stop inside runs. Good lateral quickness to go sideline to sideline on outside runs. A sure tackler that can make the sure hit at the LOS and the open field. Morgan looks to be a top player for the Bengals next season, so be on the lookout for him.
Tony Vainuku: DL / 6’0 / 230lbs / Alta HS Jr.
Vainuku is a tough athletic player that plays with good bend and burst in his stance. Plays with good initial quickness at the LOS to read and react. Good strength at the point of attack to control drive blocks and shed to make the play. Shows good use of hands to make quick contact and get upfield. Vainuku will be back next season as one of the top defensive linemen in Utah’s 5A Class.
Roman Caywood: Edge,WR / 6’4 / 200lbs / Cottonwood HS Jr.
Caywood is an athletic player with good bend and burst in his stance. Good initial quickness to read and react at the LOS. Good at recognizing the play then shed block to make the play as an edge defender. Good use of hands as a pass rusher making quick contact and get upfield to the QB. Good lateral pursuit to avoid big gains at the LOS. A sure tackler that can make the play at the LOS and the open field.
Garrett Holt: MLB / 6’2 / 205lbs / Salem Hills HS Sr.
Holt is an athletic player that can read and react in the trenches. Uses good instincts to avoid blocks and make tackles on inside runs. Good lateral quickness to go side to side on outside runs. A physical tackler with a keen desire for contact at the LOS and the open field. We hope to see Holt play at the next level where I feel he can still be productive for any team that chooses him.
Devoux Tuataga: DL / 6’6 / 225lbs / Cedar Valley HS Jr.
Tuataga is a tough physical player with a good burst out his stance. Plays with good initial quickness to read and react as an edge defender. Good strength to hold drive blocks and good ability to upfield as a pass rusher. A physical player that can make the sure hit at the LOS and the open field.
