Wilson remains our top player in the 2024 class after a sensational season in which he dropped dime after dime. He helped Corner Canyon reach the 6A state championship game and did so in jaw-dropping fashion weekly. Wilson has little to no weakness in his game, as he can beat a defense in a bevy of ways. He has a rocket for an arm, and his precision passing is second to none in this class. Wilson can make any off-platform throw and rarely gets sacked. He is also a strong runner and does a good job avoiding big hits. Wilson is a special player, and teams will be lining up to employ his services.

Saleapaga is a mismatch nightmare for defenses. The 6’4 tight end is a phenomenal athlete who can go up and get balls, mossing defenders weekly. Saleapaga might be the state’s best pass catcher when it comes to hauling in contested catches. Few players can match his highlight reel of impressive grabs. He’s an excellent route runner who can take the top off the defense or devastate them from over the middle of the field. In addition, he’s hard to bring down and racks up chunks of yardage after the catch. Saleapaga is also a willing and tenacious blocker making him a truly dominant tight end.

Tabaracci did it all for the Miners in 2022, logging snaps at linebacker, quarterback, and running back. No matter where he lined up, Tabaracci always made plays. On defense, his elite athleticism takes over as he flies across the field, obliterating whoever’s in his way. He’s strong enough to run over offensive linemen and fast enough to beat running backs to the edge. Tabaracci is also a strong pass rusher and never misses a tackle. When he plays offense, he’s hard to bring down. He always keeps his legs driving and breaks tackle after tackle. Tabaracci is an exceptional football player, regardless of position.
Isaiah Garcia

Garcia is one of the state’s top players regardless of position. He dominates his competition with an impressive combination of strength, athleticism, and technique. Garcia fires off the snap with bad intentions, which usually leads to defenders getting pancaked. When he gets his hands on guys, they can do nothing but enjoy the ride as he drives them back. In addition, his hand placement and his footwork are exceptional. In pass protection, Garcia cuts defenders off with his feet and hits them with a powerful punch when they get close to him. He’s a mauler at left tackle who can contain any pass rusher in the state.
