<p><strong>*PLEASE NOTE-</strong> Individuals will only be ranked on one side of the ball. For example, [player_tooltip player_id='152355' first='AJ' last='Noland'] of Tualatin will be the #1 ranked DB in the state, but theoretically could be listed as an ATH or WR. Same goes for the likes of [player_tooltip player_id='383829' first='Pierce' last='Walker'] of North Salem & Jackson Babbit of Springfield. </p>

<p>1.[player_tooltip player_id='152337' first='Wiley' last='Donnerberg'] 6-4 200 West Linn- Look for Donnerberg to land a handful of division 1 offers this off season. The current 3* recruit is the most versatile kid in Oregon. He earned 1st team all TRL honors on both sides of the football in the brutally tough TRL, while catching 29 passes for 586 yards and 4 TDs during the regular season. He is an appealing athlete who can play multiple spots defensively at the highest level. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>2.<strong>Timothy Mitchell Jr</strong> 5-10 170 Central Catholic- One of the most versatile athletes in the entire NW. Mitchell battled injuries but locked up everyone from his CB spot, while scoring 6 TDs in 5 games and looking like one of the top kick returners in the region. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>3.[player_tooltip player_id='152333' first='Lonnie' last='Burt'] 6-1 200 Jesuit- Expect to hear the name often over the off season. Burt Jr. had a dominant 1st team All-Metro campaign on the defensive side of the ball and will be one of the best RBs in Oregon next year. He averaged 8 yards per carry with 7 TDs in limited time. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>4.[player_tooltip player_id='488914' first='Andre' last='Miller'] 6-0 165 Gresham- Miller had an outstanding season and looks like one of the fastest rising prospects in the state. He earned 1st team all-league DB and 2nd team WR honors. He tied for the state lead in INTs (5) during the regular season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>5.[player_tooltip player_id='207256' first='Tyler' last='Konold'] 6-0 195 Canby- I would consider Konold a 5A POY favorite. He was injured a majority of the season but still projects as one of the top backs in the state. If healthy look for him to be a 2000+ yard rusher his senior year. As good as he is offensively, he could very well end up playing DB collegiately. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>6.[player_tooltip player_id='130391' first='Parker' last='Williams'] 5-10 170 South Salem- Williams had an exceptional season at DB, making 57 total tackles, with 14 PBUs and 1 INT, while racking up 2nd team all-conference honors. He could very well be one of the state's leading receivers next year as well with the graduation of Wusstig and Tinitali. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>7.[player_tooltip player_id='278374' first='Blake' last='Hurley'] 6-2 185 Sunset- Hurley was one of the top DBs in the Metro, making 61 total tackles with 3 PBUs and a fumble recovery, while earning 2nd team all-conference accolades. Offensively he caught 23 passes for 292 yards and 2 TDs. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>8.[player_tooltip player_id='209499' first='Sam' last='Kline'] 6-2 190 Sheldon- Kline was used more situationally this season, making 16 total tackles with 5.5 tackles for loss, after an impressive sophomore year. The Irish graduate a ridiculous amount of talent on both sides of the ball, so he will have an opportunity to be the guy in 2023. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>9.[player_tooltip player_id='472195' first='Kaden' last='Hale'] 6-3 200 Forest Grove- Hale could climb this list quick after having a phenomenal junior season at the QB spot. He accounted for 2,325 total yards and 26 TDs (18 passing, 8 rushing) with 10 INTs, while hitting on 60% of his passes. His rushing ability speaks to his overall athleticism.</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>10.[player_tooltip player_id='225517' first='Jerrik' last='Wangler'] 5-11 185 North Salem- Wangler had one of the most impressive seasons of any junior in Oregon. He earned 2nd team all-league honors and will project as a 1st team all-conference and 6A all state athlete next season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>11.[player_tooltip player_id='152362' first='Ethan' last='Burkhead'] 5-11 160 Thurston- Burkhead has dealt with numerous injuries over the last few years, but is incredibly versatile and one of the fastest athletes in the state for his class. He had 13 receptions with 4 total TDs, while averaging 12.6 yards per catch. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>12.[player_tooltip player_id='278403' first='Niko' last='May'] 6-0 170 Central Catholic- One of the fastest rising athletes in the 2024 class. May could be one of Oregon's breakout performers next season, especially with POY Newman distributing the ball. On the year he caught 24 passes for 282 yards and 3 TDs. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>13.[player_tooltip player_id='278407' first='Montral' last='Brazile Jr'] 5-9 160 Jefferson- Brazil earned 2nd team all PIL honors at WR and is a talented wrestler. He comes from an impressive family and should be one of the top players in the conference next season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>14.[player_tooltip player_id='278389' first='Tanner' last='Steinbach'] 5-10 160 Liberty- Steinbach followed up an impressive all conference sophomore season on both sides of the football, earning 1st team all league honors at Safety. He could be one of the best offensively in the Pacific Conference next year as well. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>15.[player_tooltip player_id='206874' first='Justice' last='Anthony'] 5-9 165 McKay- This kid started and did well as a freshman just to put his overall talent into perspective. He is one of the most versatile athletes in the state at the 5A level, earning 1st team all-league accolades as a junior. </p>
