.[player_tooltip player_id='152354' first='Cru' last='Newman'] 6-0 175 Central Catholic- The 2x Mt Hood Player of the Year has one of the most impressive stat lines of any QB nationwide over the las two years. His 5,013 passing yards and 63 TDs/7 INTs help put his dominance into perspective. He is also an elusive rusher, carrying 176 times for 1,399 yards (7.9ypc) and 11 TDs.

.[player_tooltip player_id='278385' first='Nick' last='Sakys'] 6-2 205 West Linn- Even with the loss of POY Leavitt, the Lions shouldn't miss a beat. Look for Sakys to have a big off season, ranking as one of the region's top QBs. As noted, he started a few games as a sophomore and looked outstanding, hitting on 68% of his passes (32/47) with 5 TDs.

.[player_tooltip player_id='152328' first='TC' last='Manumaleuna II'] 6-0 195 North Salem- Manumaleuna has the genes and a host of the necessary intangibles to be a high level QB. That said it's hard to say one way or the other how he would project, only passing a handful of times each game in the Vikings offense.

.[player_tooltip player_id='278372' first='Jacob' last='Hutchinson'] 6-2 180 Jesuit- Hutchinson is a talented overall athlete with good size. He did well in the Crusaders run oriented offense, hitting on 65% of his passes (74/113) with 12 TDs/4 INTs. He will be a three-year starter with Jesuit relying heavily on his production next year.

.[player_tooltip player_id='278398' first='Kasen' last='Covert'] 6-0 180 Sherwood- Kasen started as a sophomore and earned 1st team all-league honors as a junior. He will get an opportunity to prove himself against regional and national competition on the 7v7 circuit as part of Team Lillard.

.[player_tooltip player_id='511303' first='Rocco' last='McClave'] 6-2 175 Crescent Valley- McClave had a phenomenal season leading the state in multiple statistical categories and earning 1st team all-league honors. Even with the team going (1-8) he has been climbing this list quick, passing for 28 TDs/3 INTs and 2,704 yards, while completing 62% of his passes.

.[player_tooltip player_id='207259' first='Kyrin' last='Fuimaono'] 6-0 195 McKay- What will be a 4-year varsity starter. Kyrin hit on 64% of his passes with 35 TDs/10 INTs over the last two seasons. Mckay won 3 of their last 5 games to build some momentum heading into next year.

.[player_tooltip player_id='132438' first='Jakoby' last='Feist'] 6-0 180 Tigard- One of the best athletes state wide at the quarterback position. The Tigers will be young but talented, with a large responsibility falling on Feist to create and produce for his guys on offense in 2023.

.[player_tooltip player_id='511302' first='Kallen' last='Gutridge'] 6-3 185 Wilsonville- The multi-sport standout had an impressive season, helping the Cats to the 5A state title game. He accounted for 39 TDs (30 passing, 9 rushing) with 8 INTs, while showing off his overall athleticism and averaging 7.4 yards per carry, and 641 total rushing yards.

.[player_tooltip player_id='149247' first='Gage' last='Millar'] 6-0 190 Canby- Millar had a successful ACL surgery and will be back healthy next season. With POY candidate [player_tooltip player_id='207256' first='Tyler' last='Konold'] back and Millar ready to go, the Cougars could be a top 5A team under coach Jimmy Joyce's direction.
