5A Season Awards: Top 5 Quarterbacks

This season Irving threw for over 2,800 yards and averaged over 300 yards a game. He has been absolutely exceptional since he took over for Gautier and led them to the playoffs multiple times. Kaden is considered 4th in passing yards in the State and has the potential to play on colligiate rosters. With 34 TD's and only 3 interceptions Irving is certainly a one of a kind athlete. Irving has committed to Ole Miss Baseball however should he decide to walk on at Ole Miss he would be good company for Jaxson Dart. Garrison is only a sophomore but he has been throwing the ball as if he were a senior. Davis threw for over 225 yards a game and over 2,400 yards for the season. He has displayed the ability to make plays both in the pocket and on the ground. For him to perform at this high of a level only speaks of his potential. Fair threw for 2,000 yards this season and is looking to eclipse his performance next year. Charlie had a good 59% completion rate, 160+ passing yards a game and 18 TDs. It will be interesting to see how Charlie does next season and if he can match or superseed this season. Nevertheless Charlie would be a great fit for many JUCO or D3 programs looking for a productive playmaker. Although Knight is just a sophomore he has already received offers from top tier D1 programs such as Indiana, Ole Miss and Tennessee. Deuce will have two more years to display just how explosive of an athlete he is. Wherever Knight selects to go he will be a force to be reckoned with. He threw for over 175 yards per game, 18 touchdowns and over 1,700 yards. Furthermore, Kaden completed over 62 % of his passes displaying that he can effectively move the ball against any defense. Kaden still has a lot of room to improve however if he continues this upward progression he will surely be a top tier QB.
