Stevens has all the traits teams look for in a quarterback at the next level. He can easily see over his offensive line and never gets passes batted. Stevens also had a cannon for an arm and makes deep throws look easy. Having the physical tools is just one part of what makes Stevens great. His accuracy is elite, and he does a good job navigating the pocket. Stevens understands how to manipulate and defense and does a good job looking off safeties. The Darts quarterback will no doubt have another big year in 2023.

Wight led the Phoenix to a sensational 2022 campaign. He can dice defenses up from inside the pocket and does a good stepping up to avoid pressure. Wight throws a great ball and can deliver passes into tight windows. He makes accurate throws at every level of the field. In addition, he has good arm strength and drops long passes into his receiver’s bread basket. Wight does a good job going through his progression methodically and is more than willing to give his playmakers a chance. The Phoenix signal-caller is an elite leader and quarterback.

Johnson is a gunslinger at the quarterback position for the Bengals. In his second year starting, he impressed everyone with his downfield passing and cannon of an arm. Johnson can launch passes at different angles and excels at making off-platform throws. He’s not afraid to let it rip, and defenses always have to be weary of his talents. Johnson makes dazzling throws on the move and can beat defenses running to either side. In addition, he shines playing off-schedule and can buy his receivers the time they need to get open downfield. Johnson was one of the state’s top passers in 2022, and the sky’s the limit for what he can accomplish in 2023.

Hopkins displays great command of the Titan’s offense and knows how to beat defenses in a bevy of ways. He’s a patient passer who lets routes develop rather than forcing balls in too early. Hopkins does a great job keeping the ball out of harm’s way and always places it where only his intended target will have a chance at it. He launches accurate throws 20-plus yards downfield all game long. Hopkins puts good zip on each pass and is fearless when scrambling. In addition, he’s a good leader who isn’t done making plays at the high school level.
