[player_tooltip player_id='24023' first='Kadyn' last='Proctor'], '23, OL/DL, Southeast Polk - The 6-foot-8, 345-pound behemoth paved the way for the Rams second championship in a row. Prep Redzone's top senior in the state capped a magnificent high school career with another dominating performance in the trenches. The University of Iowa verbal commitment is a road grader at OT and a handful at DT. I think he could play the latter in college if he wanted.
