He's a natural athlete with elite instincts as a defender and ball skills, making him a dangerous player every time he gets on the field. He's a leader, can hit, run, and always a threat to make a big play. He can do just about everything on the football field and he's looking to end his career on a high note before heading to Alabama next year. He's made 57 tackles this season with 4 INTs and 16 total touchdowns on offense.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='326288' first='Jamal' last='Anderson'] - Linebacker</strong>:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A long, athletic linebacker who can get after the passer, Anderson is a physical defender who can hold his own on the edge. He can stop the run, but he's also a threat to get after thee passer as he's one of the top pass rushing outside linebackers in the area. The Clemson Tiger commitment has made 49 tackles this season and harassed the quarterback all season long. He'll need to play his "A" game against a very talented North Cobb offense with a dynamic rushing attack.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Cameron Robinson - Running Back</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A shorter, thicker back, Robinson had a massive junior season for thee Hawks and led the rushing attack this season. He was a consistent back all season long, averaging 100 yards per game this fall. He's rushed 137 times so far for 1,109 yards for an average of 8.1 yards per carry. He also scored 14 touchdowns on the ground which tied the team lead with with 5-star [player_tooltip player_id='34015' first='Caleb' last='Downs']. He makes good decisions, doesn't turn the ball over, and knows what it takes to win. He's won big games before and knows how to make big throws in key moments. He shares carries in the North Cobb backfield, but it's clear he'll be getting plenty of carries after a big performance over Denmark in round one where ehe has rushing touchdowns of 73 and 90 yards. He did that against a quality Denmark defense, so don't be surprised if the D1-caliber prospect has another big game in round two.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Grayson Hodges - Linebacker</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A hard-hitting athletic middle linebacker who can run, Hodges is having a fantastic junior season and is coming off a massive round one game against Denmark. He consistently flashed all game and held down an impressive Denmark offense throughout the night. The instinctive linebacker made an impressive 16 tackles and two sacks in the game, leading North Cobb to victory on the defensive side of the ball. He's playing great football right now and will be in a position to make a ton of plays against a Mill Creek offense that loves to run the ball.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Nick Grimstead - Quarterback</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>He may not run like North Cobb superstar quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='34008' first='Malachi' last='Singleton'], but he's going to have to give that type of effort if he wants to lead North Cobb to a big victory. He has promising arm talent, and he's going to have to make some big throws at some point to keep the Warriors offense balanced. They love to run the football, but Grimstead will have to air it out some. If he doesn't throw it near [player_tooltip player_id='34015' first='Caleb' last='Downs'], he should be alright.
