26.[player_tooltip player_id='208393' first='Tyler' last='King'] 6-5 235 DE Clackamas (OFFERS: Idaho) King is an impressive kid with his combination size and speed coming off the edge. He went somewhat under the radar as a junior, but looks to have learned from former teammate and current freshman standout Kaden Ludwick, now at the University of Colorado.

SEASON UPDATE: There is a lot yet to be determined here. Clack did not have a great year, but King was a physical presence who everyone knows about coming off the edge.

27.[player_tooltip player_id='110201' first='Hogan' last='Carmichael'] 6-5 200 QB Summit- Another kid who could land a few D1 offers before he is done. His size and mobility speak for itself, accounting for 24 TDs (19 passing, 5 rushing) as a junior at the 6A level with only 3 INTs. His 10.5 yards per carry average speaks to his overall athleticism.

SEASON UPDATE: Carmichael had a good year, finishing 2nd in the state at the 5A level in passing TDs (28), while hitting on 65% of his passes. This will be a kid to watch in college wherever he ends up, as he's a proven winner and someone who just continues to get better.

28.[player_tooltip player_id='147247' first='Earl' last='Ingle'] 6-1 215 LB West Linn- The reigning TRL defensive POY and one of the most talented kids in Oregon. It wouldn't surprise me to see Ingle end up with multiple D1 offers. He impressed with his overall athleticism, making 61 total tackles with 6 tackles for loss and 5 sacks. He also added 3 INTs and 3 PBU's.

SEASON UPDATE: Ingle racked up TRL defensive player of the year honors again, and could be a steal for some FCS level school. Colorado School of the Mines, one of the nation's top D2s, extended an offer. If the Lions win a 6A title it will be with his leadership.

29.[player_tooltip player_id='270064' first='Jake' last='Holmes'] 6-3 225 DE West Linn- All the Holmes kids can play. Jake had a big junior year earning 1st team all TRL accolades in the state's toughest conference. He could potentially double his stat line from last season where accounted for 28 total tackles, 5 tackles for loss, and 3 sacks.

SEASON UPDATE: A 2x TRL 1st team all-conference DE. Holmes finished as a unanimous selection helping the Lions dominate defensively.

30.[player_tooltip player_id='205818' first='Noah' last='Staley'] 6-0 220 FB/LB Jesuit- Staley is one of the top fullbacks in the West and maybe the nation. He earned 1st team all-conference honors on both sides of the football and could very well end up on D collegiately.

SEASON UPDATE: Staley earned 1st team all-league honors on defense for the second year in a row, playing out of position on the defensive front. If we are ranking fullbacks nationally, he could be one of the nation's best there as well.

31.[player_tooltip player_id='376116' first='Sanborne' last='Melson'] 6-1 190 DB Jefferson- Melson's stock shot through the roof this off season. He will have to prove it on the field but all the intangibles are there, drawing praise from some of the top coaches in the state and earning a 3* ranking by 247.

SEASON UPDATE: The CO-Defensive POY in the PIL. Melson was deserving of the award and could have his best years ahead of him in college.

32.[player_tooltip player_id='206763' first='Ryan' last='Berger'] 6-5 280 T Liberty (OFFERS: Air Force) One of the fastest rising players in the state. The Co- Offensive lineman of the year in the Pacific Conference had an outstanding junior season, impressing with his overall mobility on D and earning 2nd team all-league accolades there as well.

SEASON UPDATE: Berger has quietly had a phenomenal career earning 1st team all-league and conference POY honors. He continued to impress with his versatility on D, with Air Force offering, and preferred walk on opportunities coming via Washington St and Idaho.

33.[player_tooltip player_id='217272' first='Charlie' last='Ozolin'] 6-1 180 DB Summit- One of the highest ceilings of any athlete in Oregon. You can expect numerous Ivy League schools to be vying for his services, as he will project as a 1st team all-state kid on both sides of the football at the 5A level.

SEASON UPDATE: Ozolin has played lights out all year, having a 1st team all-state season offensively. During the regular season he caught 33 passes for 722 yards and 7 TDs. He will end up at one of the nation's top academic schools, with the likes of MIT extending an offer.

34.[player_tooltip player_id='376115' first='Cody' last='White'] 6-7 250 T Estacada- White is still raw but the 6-7 frame is appealing. It's a tough call against 4A competition but he did well enough as a junior to earn 1st team all-league and honorable mention all-state honors. It all comes down to continued progression as there is still a lot of work to be done.

SEASON UPDATE: The Rangers are in the state semis this week, with White helping the team go (21-3) over the last two years. The potential is there at 6-7 but there are still a lot of unknowns.

35.[player_tooltip player_id='263787' first='Austin' last='Goetz'] 6-2 210 LB Tigard- Goetz is a rangy athlete who brings legit size and speed to the table. He should compete with Ingle and Wilson for TRL POY accolades as the Tigers bring back a host of talent.

SEASON UPDATE: It wouldn't surprise me to see a few Big Sky's go on him late. He earned 2nd team all-league honors with 5 INTs, 2 pick6s, and 8 tackles for loss.

36.[player_tooltip player_id='205817' first='Sean' last='Khouri'] 6-2 275 G Jesuit- Khouri doesn't have prototypical D1 size but he is a mauler and fundamentally as good as any lineman in the state. From a projection standpoint it's a size thing as he's definitely got the talent.

SEASON UPDATE: One of the best seasons of any lineman in Oregon. Khouri earned 1st team all-conference honors on both sides of the football.

37.[player_tooltip player_id='110579' first='Garrett' last='Speer'] 6-1 190 S/WLB Jesuit (OFFERS: Portland St)

SEASON UPDATE: The Metro League Defensive POY. Credit to the Vikings on extending the offer to the local kid. He earned 1st team all-league accolades as a junior, and backed that up and then some this season.

38.[player_tooltip player_id='147244' first='Luke' last='Ash'] 5-9 170 RB/ATH Tualatin

SEASON UPDATE: Ash could be the exception to the rule from a size standpoint in my opinion. He battled injuries, but when healthy was the best player on the field much of the time. On the season he went for over 100 yards per game, with double digit TDs, while averaging almost 20 yards per reception.

39.[player_tooltip player_id='110204' first='Baylor' last='Corbin'] 6-2 175 DB/ATH Lakeridge- Corbin has caught 47 passes over the last two seasons at receiver. That said as I like him at DB where he was clutch most of last year. His size at the position makes him an appealing recruit, where he made 33 total tackles, with 2 INTs and 6 PBUs in 2021.

SEASON UPDATE: Corbin had a phenomenal senior campaign, ranking as one of the state's best statistically. Separate from his defensive ability he caught 64 passes for 760 yards and 9 TDs to date.

40.[player_tooltip player_id='110183' first='Jayden' last='Moses'] 6-0 200 LB Grant- If we are talking pure talent Moses is one of the best players in Oregon. He will be a 4 year all conference starter and the overwhelming favorite for PIL POY honors.

SEASON UPDATE: One of the best 4-year varsity careers of any player to come through the PIL in some time. He was definitely deserving of the Co-Defensive POY honors.

41.[player_tooltip player_id='147254' first='AJ' last='Perez'] 6-3 170 WR Clackamas- Perez definitely looks the part and has put together some impressive film both on the field and the 7v7 circuit. It will come down to whether or not the Tigers decide to air it out with their run-oriented attack.

SEASON UPDATE: AJ made the move over to Clack from Tigard and it seemed to work out well, while the team struggled. On the season Perez had 57 receptions for 827 yards and 9 TDs.

42.[player_tooltip player_id='110174' first='Kaden' last='Huppin'] 6-0 185 ATH Westview- Expect Huppin to be one of the top two-way threats in the state as a senior. He earned 3rd team all-Metro honors at DB, but tests off the charts and has the potential of being one of the best in Oregon.

SEASON UPDATE: Huppin is an outstanding overall athlete and was deserving of his 1st team all-league accolades. On the year he made 35 total tackles, with 3 tackles for loss, and 1 INT.

43.[player_tooltip player_id='271402' first='Austin' last='Rapp'] 5-7 170 RB McMinnville

SEASON UPDATE: One of the fastest rising stocks of any player in Oregon. Rapp averaged 10 yards per carry during the regular season, finishing 3rd in the state at the 6A level in TD's (16) and Yards (1,457).

44.[player_tooltip player_id='110175' first='Sullivan' last='McDaniel'] 6-3 220 LB Clackamas- Another kid who has size and is an outstanding overall athlete. A lot will be determined this off season, with McDaniel being one of the region's top lacrosse athletes as well.

SEASON UPDATE: Sully had a great season, earning 1st team all Mt Hood honors and finishing with 80 total tackles and 4 tackles for loss. He is a big, fast, good-looking athlete, who should get an opportunity at the next level.

45.[player_tooltip player_id='147245' first='Josiah' last='Davis'] 5-11 210 RB North Salem- This season will be telling with North making the jump to 6A. Davis did well last season leading the state at the 5A level in rushing TDs with 20. He will have plenty of opportunities to back up his 3* status in an 'up for grabs' Central Valley Conference.

SEASON UPDATE: North made the move up to 6A this season and Davis did not disappoint. During the regular season he carried the load, rushing 132 times for 801 yards.

46,[player_tooltip player_id='110181' first='Jackson' last='Shelstad'] 6-0 170 CB/ATH West Linn

SEASON UPDATE: One of the nation's top hoopers came out and showed off his overall athleticism, earning 1st team all-league honors from his CB position. Much respect for this kid.

47.[player_tooltip player_id='110237' first='Keontae' last='Johnson-Gibson'] 5-11 175 ATH Clackamas

SEASON UPDATE: Keontae went down for the season just one game in, but his stock continues to rise. He projects as one of the most versatile athletes in Oregon when healthy.

48.[player_tooltip player_id='206757' first='Tini' last='Tinitali III'] 6-0 180 WR South Salem- Tinitali led the state of Oregon in receptions (78) and finished 2nd in total receiving yards with 1,040 at the 6A level. The Saxons are loaded at the skill positions so it will be interesting to see if he can maintain those type #s.

SEASON UPDATE: Tinitali put up another solid year statistically catching 45 passes for 712 yards and 9 TDs. He earned 2nd team all-league honors.

49.Donald Stephens Jr. RB 6-0 200 Lakeridge- Chili broke out as a freshman putting together some impressive film at the Varsity level. From a recruiting standpoint a lot will depend on how he shows up this season. If he is a D1 RB he will absolutely dominate the PIL.

SEASON UPDATE: The Grant transfer has had a good senior season thus far, accounting for 969 total yards and 7 TDs. He has been one of the state's top return men, racking up 344 yards there as well.

50.[player_tooltip player_id='270069' first='Pete' last='Pennington'] 6-5 220 TE Churchill-

SEASON UPDATE: The 6-5 220-pound frame is appealing, with Pennington able to play split out. He returns after a 1st team all-league season where he was one of the best in the conference this year.
