He was a force on the defensive line in this game. He made multiple stops. He was able to make plays both in the run game and in the passing game. He is a big interior lineman that knows how to take up space and plug a gap. He does a good job of fighting off blocks and finishing off plays with a tackle. He was also very good in coverage and was able to get his hands on the ball on multiple occasions and break up passes. He plays the position the right way. He did a good job Friday of coming downhill in run support. He had good pursuit angles and showed good tackling ability. He also showed good recovery speed in coverage. He stayed attached to his receiver but was also able to make run stops. He started off the scoring with a long breakaway TD. He showed he has breakaway speed and explosiveness. He did his best work in between the tackles. He was able to hit the right hole and breakaway to the second level. He doesn't waste time as he runs hard downhill.
