<p>Despite throwing three interceptions, Polk helped lead his team back from a 14-0 deficit to defeat cross-town rival South Pointe 43-33. The sophomore finished 13 of 29 for 233 yards and two touchdowns.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='262619' first='Tyler' last='Jones'], </strong>Catawba Ridge</p>

<p>Jones ran for 124 yards on 24 carries in a hard fought 36-21 win over cross-county rival Indian Land.</p>

<p><strong>De'Maurion Stewart </strong>and <strong>Trey Wagner, </strong>York</p>

<p>Stewart was active on defense in the <a href="https://prepredzone.com/2022/10/what-we-saw-daviss-four-tds-pushes-york-past-lancaster/">Cougars' 28-26 win over Lancaster on Friday.</a> He recorded 10 tackles and 1 tackle for loss.</p>

<p>Wagner got into the backfield often against the Bruins' run game. We took note of a 4-yard tackle for loss in the second quarter.</p>
