I am listing the players who’s stat line stood out, who people recommended but most importantly, ONLY players who either I watched live or was able to watch highlights from their specific game. For the best chance to be featured, send me your weekly film on twitter. My handle is “@DevinRecord”, please don’t have any hard feelings if you weren’t included.
The entire Glacier Peak offense has been having a great year, contributing to their solid start. Senior running back Ryan King Ryan King 6’0″ | 190 lbs | RB Glacier Peak | 2023 State WA stood out against Mariner HS during their week 5 matchup. He’s fast with the ball in his hands, being able to jump out to the edge of the defense and beat them there to have the angle on them. His balance is outstanding, being able to stay on his feet when defensive players are diving for his feet to trip him up. He finished the game with 190 yards and 3 touchdowns on only 11 rushes for the night.

The Lakes HS running back duo is, in my eyes, the best in the state. With fellow senior and BYU commit Leo Pulalasi Leo Pulalasi 6’1″ | 205 lbs | ATH Lakes | 2023 State WA running alongside Washington, you never know which one will have a great game that night or if they both will. Week 5 against Silas HS, both of them contributed in big ways. Washington continued to show off his speed and vision on the field. He bursts through the first level with ease when his offensive line opens holes for him. Once in the open field, there’s not many people who can catch Ki’Marree and take him down. He finished the game with 186 yards and 4 touchdowns on the night.
Isaiah is having a fantastic senior year after coming back from a major knee injury. He’s showing everyone that he hasn’t lost a step at all. He still has his burst of speed in the second level but he has also added a lot of upper body weight, being able to run people over more. He embraces contact nicely, being able to bounce off of it and gain extra yardage. Against Marysville-Pilchuk week 5, Carlson ran the ball 23 times for 197 yards rushing and 3 touchdowns to go with it. He’s a standout on the defensive side too as a linebacker, he contributed 5 tackles and defended 2 passes during the game.
Antoine is a top 2025 running back in the entire state. He’s proved that this season with his stellar play on the field. During his week 5 game against Mount Rainier HS, the sophomore had a phenomenal outing rushing for 300 yards on the ground with 4 rushing touchdowns on 28 carries. He also caught a pass for 60 yards and scored that. His vision on the field is great, being able to read where the defenders are and adjust to get the open holes. His speed in the open field is very good as well, out-running defenders with ease. He’s only going to improve and will be a 2025 running back to watch.

This senior running back from Mount Baker doesn’t get a lot of love on the state wide level, but he deserves it. He contributes immensely to this offense due to running the ball being a big priority for the team. Week 5 against Blaine HS, he ran ALL over the Borderites defense, compiling 215 yards and 4 touchdowns on just 13 rushes. That’s a staggering 16.5 yards per carry for the night. He has great speed and agility but the one thing that stands out to me is how much he wants it. He gives his all every single play, no matter what.
