Dallen Martinez || QB || 5’11 || 160 || Bingham High School || 2023
Martinez has been outstanding for the Miners all season but still managed to take his game to another level against Cooper Hills. The 5’11 single caller had five touchdowns in the lopsided Bingham victory, with three of them coming on the ground and two through the air. Martinez is an elite athlete at the quarterback position who can fly with the ball in his hands. Two of his three touchdown runs were over 50 yards as Martinez displayed his speed and shiftiness in the open field. He’s also an effective thrower on the move who’s challenging to bring down in the pocket.
Kace Gurr || RB || 5’10 || 185 || Brighton High School || 2023
The Bengals needed a win over Park City to lock up the Region 4 title, and they were able to do just that, thanks to a monster performance from Gurr. The 5’10 back had four touchdowns to lead his team to a 47-33 victory over Park City. Gurr displays fantastic agility and balance, allowing him to break out of tackles. He always runs hard and is one of the toughest backs in the state. Gurr is also a shifty athlete cable of making quick cuts and leaving defenders in the dust as he crosses the goal line for six.

|| WR || 6’0 || 165 || Provo High School || 2024
Deucher has been on a tear all season, and that continued on Friday in the Bulldog’s win over Salem Hills. The 6’0 wide receiver had six catches for over 100 yards and two touchdowns as he helped lead Provo’s offense to a productive day. Deucher explodes off the snap and can fly by defenders to create separation. In addition, he does an excellent job high-pointing the ball and fighting through contact to haul in contested catches. Deucher excels at tracking the ball and is as sure-handed a receiver as you will find in the state. A tough cover for any corner on the outside, Deucher is capable of making game-changing plays at any moment.
Champion Edwards || QB || 6’2 || 180 || American Fork High School || 2023
Edwards was in complete command of the Cavemen’s offensive in their 17-0 victory over Pleasant Grove. Edwards runs hard between the tackles and does a good job scrambling when the pocket collapses. He scans defenses effectivity pre-snap and goes through his progression at a good pace. Edwards has a quick release and understands the down and distances need in high-pressure situations. He excels at giving his playmakers chances to make plays against tight coverage by getting good air under each of his deep ball throws. The 6’2 quarterback makes American Fork’s dynamic offense challenging to contain.
