The Lone Star state is home to a silly amount of division one prospects, and the 2026 class is going to be no exception. We wanted to shine a light on those young bucks, in particular, the wide receiver group. These youngsters have been standouts early in their varsity careers, with some already picking up FBS offers. Look for them to continue to grow and develop as prospects over the next three years. With that being said, here’s who you need to know!
London Smith, 5’11” 160, University
- Separates well at the top of his route.
- Easily rolls the neck on the over-the-shoulder ball.
- Impressive hand-eye coordination through contact.
- Leaping ability was evident on the defensive end.
Brayden Robinson Brayden Robinson 5'9" | 165 lbs | WR Red Oak | 2026 State TX , 5’9″ 155, Red Oak
- Effective working all three levels of the field.
- Plenty of wiggle after the catch.
- Speed gives apex linebackers problems when working out of the slot.
- Knows how to eat up off-man corners with inside leverage.
Griffin Tillis, 5’10” 170, Klein
- Causes a major mismatch when working out of the slot.
- Is a natural hands catcher that looks the ball into the tuck.
- Has proven to be an electric return man with outstanding vision.
- Build-up speed seems to surprise opposing defenders.

- Calm, cool, and collected to go with silky smooth as a route runner.
- Catch-and-run quick game potential is off the charts.
- Long strides get defensive backs on their toes in a hurry.
- Has the body control to adjust and make a play on poorly thrown balls.
Kaydon Finley, 5’11” 175, Aledo
- Extremely slippery in space after the catch.
- Will run right by you if you don’t respect his speed.
- Plays with a sense of urgency on the perimeter.
- Is a game-breaker with serious big-play potential.
Tripp Davis, 5’9″ 155, Barbers Hill
- Burst and acceleration lead to a plethora of yards after the catch.
- Change of direction is smooth & easy.
- Is rarely brought down by the first tackle attempt.
- Balance and willingness work hand in hand.
Zachery Turner, 6’3″ 210, Duncanville
- Size creates a serious mismatch down in the goal line.
- Is a violent striker as a blocker out on the perimeter.
- Highly skilled at using his hands to evade jams and create separation on defenders.
- Has the size and experience as an inline tight end to develop well there.
