Fayetteville-Bentonville Preview

Fayetteville and Bentonville is a matchup that often helps determine who wins the 7-A West. Meanwhile, at the same time, the matchup helps determine who gets a good seed and to host a playoff game in the state playoffs. He is all over the field when you turn on the tape. Yurachek uses his speed and instincts well to get into the opposing offensive backfield. He does a great job of being able to drop back into coverage and disrupt the passing game for the opposing offense. For the Bulldogs to win on Friday night, Yurachek and the Fayetteville defense need to have a big game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Deuce Coooper-Defensive Back-Fayetteville-2023</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Fayetteville has a history of producing talented defensive backs. Deuce Cooper transferred back into the district after a year in Alabama. Cooper is a defensive back that is not afraid to get physical with opposing wide receivers. He will have his work cut out for him on Friday with a talented Bentonville receiving corps. Cooper has the talent to play on Saturdays in the future and this will be an interesting matchup on Friday night.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='265361' first='Isaiah' last='Taylor']-Defensive Back-Fayetteville-2024</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Taylor is a hard-hitting safety that is not afraid to move to make a hit. He has good speed and plays the ball well in the air. Taylor plays all over the field for the Fayetteville Bulldogs. The Fayetteville secondary, is a unit that continues to improve every week. The Bulldogs will count on Taylor to help try to contain a strong Bentonville passing game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='170805' first='Joey' last='Su'a']-Offensive Line-Bentonville-2023</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Su'a is an offensive lineman for the Tigers that does an excellent job in clearing a path for the Tigers' potent rushing attack. Su'a can be overpowering and looks to finish all of his blocks. From a pass blocking perspective, Su'a has quick feet and causes plenty of problems for opposing pass rushers with his mix of speed and power. On the defensive side of the ball, Martinez does a great job of clogging up the opposing offense's rushing lanes. He does not give up on a play and he works to be on every tackle. On the offensive side of the ball, Martinez does an impressive job at the guard position. His play is attracting the attention of plenty of division one programs including Arkansas, Arkansas State, and Colorado State. He is a dangerous wide receiver that has the speed to stretch the field for the Tigers' offense. Look for Brown to see plenty of targets on Friday night. Brown has had an impressive season and I look forward to seeing what he has in store for the rest of the season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
