Almost all of my coverage is limited to Oklahoma programs and players but arguably the top offensive weapon we saw this weekend among the 18U division was Bentonville 2024 wide receiver CJ Brown CJ Brown 6'2" | 190 lbs | ATH Bentonville | 2024 State AR out of Arkansas. We’ve seen Sooner 7 in two tournaments so far this offseason and Brown is always one of the top performers. It’s not surprising that he’s considered one of the top overall prospects in the Arkansas 2024 class. The thing that impressed me about Brown was the variety in which he torched opposing defenses all weekend. Short routes, intermediate routes or deep routes, Brown got open and made plays. Even when he was draped in defenders, he would find a way to make a catch in traffic. Brown is definitely a name that we’ll be watching throughout the rest of the 7v7 season. Even though he’s an Arkansas prospect, he’s been an absolute star.
