Going into week four of the season offensive lines are starting to get into the rhythm of hand, eye and feet correlation. Now this is also when some start to fall off because of being sore or early season injuries. This week is crucial for offensive lines to either bounce back or to fall off the chain. Offensive lines are one, if not, of the most important part of the team going week by week following in their footsteps.

[player_tooltip player_id='130323' first='Walker' last='Davis'] - Tackle - Benton High School

Walker is a big strong, physical player that likes to get down and dirty on the field. Walker weighs in at 6"4 weighing about 285 lbs. Davis can pull hard and fast. He has a motor and is always ready to fire off into someone. Last season he was able to achieve All Conference honors and I look forward to seeing him back on that list this season. He's had offers from Arkansas State, Liberty, Central Arkansas, North Alabama, and Murray State, but ultimately he has committed t Arkansas State.

[player_tooltip player_id='112596' first='Matt' last='Colvin'] is a unit in the trenches. Watching his film is absolutely dominating. He's able to fire off the ball faster that the defensive lineman more times than not. Colvin committed to Harding University this past June and is a good fit for that program. Colvin weighs in at 6"3 310 pounds. He has great hands and feet off the ball and is an all around athlete on the line!

Khi'len Gates - Tackle/Guard - Nettleton High School

Gates is a force to be reconned with. He weighs in at 6"2 270 pounds and is a unit in the trenches. He is one of the most dominant players in his class of 2023 offensive lineman. His footwork is phenomenal and he is strong against his opponents. He is fast off the ball and has the handwork to back it up. To add on to his resume, his pass blocking is phenomenal on the edge. I look forward to watching him in his next steps the rest of this season!

[player_tooltip player_id='143160' first='Jorden' last='Fields'] - Center/Guard - Pine Bluff High School

Fields is a quick-footed offensive lineman. He's overall a solid rock in the middle of the line. He's got quick feet for sure and hand placement that is on point. As a pass protector, he understands the motto "pass protection isn't passive." He has quick hands and feet when shooting off the ball. He currently has offers from Southern Arkansas University and Ouachita Baptist, both at the DII level. I have a good feeling he will continue to grow into a solid offensive lineman at the next level and the rest of this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='385303' first='Aaron' last='Smith'] is a fast and strong tackle. He currently holds multiple offers from schools like Columbia, Brown, Yale, University of Central Arkansas, Air Force, Murray State, Hendrix College and Presbyterian College. Smith is an all around athlete in the trenches. He has fantastic vision when pulling and strength to over power defenders. He is elite in second level blocking and getting down the field. He will ultimately be a force to be reconned with the rest of the season and going into his college career.
