Tevita Valeti || RB || 6’0 || 205 || Springville High School || 2024
Valeti has been a force for the Red Devils all season, which continued last Friday vs. Provo. He carried the ball 49 times for 294 rushing yards and 318 total yards. Valeti is one of the toughest backs to tackle in the state. He runs hard, allowing him to break tackles and drag defenders for extra yards. In addition, the 6’0 back possesses elite vision and does an exceptional job finding cut-back lanes. Valeti is an explosive back who hits holes aggressively but is also a patient runner who will wait for his blockers to create running lanes. He is also an effective pass catcher out of the backfield who can rack up yards in the open field. Valeti is top six in the state in both rushing yards and rushing touchdowns and could lead the state in both if he continues on the trend he’s on.
Helaman Casuga Helaman Casuga QB Corner Canyon | 2026 State UT || QB || 6’0 || 170 || Timpview High School || 2026
The first player from the class of 2026 to appear on our stock risers, Casuga, will be appearing all over our site for years to come. The 6’0 quarterback threw for three touchdowns and over 185 yards in the Thunderbird’s win over Alta. Casuga displays good accuracy and excellent knowledge of the game. You would never guess he’s a freshman based on his play. Casuga goes through his progressions at a good pace and rarely misses open receivers. In addition, he displays good pocket awareness and can scramble for first downs when plays deteriorate. Casuga is the best player in the class of 2026 and is one of the key reasons Timpview is one of the state’s top teams.
Crew Erickson || WR || 6’2 || 190 || Wasatch High School || 2023
Erickson has been on a tear all season. He’s the only pass catcher in the state with over 900 yards and crossed that threshold after a strong game against Maple Mountain, where he hauled in 16 receptions for 239 yards and three touchdowns. The 6’2 receiver is an elite athlete who excels at going up and high-pointing balls. Erickson also possesses good speed that always him to get behind defenses consistently. He easily changes directions, and his elite footwork makes him a strong route runner. Erickson changes direction well and easily gets in and out of his breaks. He also possesses great hands and is fearless running over the middle. Erickson can do it all on the outside and should be the first receiver in the state to cross 1,000 yards.
Jonathan Brambila Jonathan Brambila 6'3" | 275 lbs | OL East | 2023 State UT || OL || 6’3 || 260 || East High School || 2023
Three different East running backs found the end zone thanks to Brambila and the Leopard’s offensive line. The 6’3 offensive linemen is perfect for East’s physical rushing attack. Brambila explodes off the snap and delivers a devastating punch on defensive linemen. He also does a good job climbing to the second level, where he engulfs linebackers. Brambila plays through the whistle and always finishes his blocks in an impressive fashion. He attacks each rep with a tenacity you wish every offensive linemen had. Brambila does a good job working double teams to the second level and knows just when to leave his man to take a linebacker. The Leopards have one of the best rushing attacks in the state, and Brambila is a huge reason why. Not just his size but his play as well.
