We check out some more of the state's most dominant performers this season, this time, with Quarterbacks!

[player_tooltip player_id='127668' first='Cole' last='McCarty']- Moody

Since his sophomore year at Moody, [player_tooltip player_id='127668' first='Cole' last='McCarty'] has been wildly productive under center, it's been awesome to watch his rapid development as a QB. After a great first two seasons, the Moody senior has taken their passing attack to another level this fall with WR [player_tooltip player_id='386191' first='Davion' last='Dozier']. So far this season, McCarty has completed 75% of his passes for 1705 yards and 23 touchdowns, with only 2 interceptions. McCarty and Moody (6-0) are having a terrific year, and it's only going to get more exciting as the postseason fast approaches.

Andrew Hunter- Randolph

Andrew Hunter is also off to an electric start to this fall, as he and Grayson Davenport, one of the state's top receiving leaders, have dominated over the first half of the year. Randolph's passing attack is on another level underneath Hunter's leadership this season, so far the senior quarterback has completed 74% of his passes for 1597 yards and 20 touchdowns and only one interception. Hunter has some serious arm talent and sees the field exceptionally well, he makes the correct reads and can accurately deliver the ball all across the field. With Hunter at the helm, Randolph is definitely going to be a fun team to watch as the year continues.

[player_tooltip player_id='242279' first='Kameron' last='Keenan']- Ramsay

[player_tooltip player_id='242279' first='Kameron' last='Keenan'] was a freshman QB that really caught our eyes last fall, and landed in our 2025 Rankings as the 2nd best QB in the state's 2025 class. As a sophomore, Keenan has taken the next step and is already showing a ton of progression from year one to year two within Ramsay's offense- so far he has completed 89 of his passes for 1404 yards and 15 touchdowns with only 5 interceptions. Keenan is still an underclassman, but with the rapid improvements he's made already, he's going to be a top QB in the entire state.

[player_tooltip player_id='379573' first='KJ' last='Lacey']- Saraland

K.J Lacey is another sophomore QB that has really impressed us so far this season. As a sophomore, Lacey has put the rest of the 6A on notice, as he and Saraland have been enjoying massive success offensively this year. So far on the season, Lacey has completed 69% of his passes for 1404 yards and 20 touchdowns with only 2 picks. Lacey is already an extremely efficient passer, he throws a super accurate ball, leads his receivers well, and makes great decisions when under pressure. Keep an eye on him as he progresses, he has been having a great year this fall and has a ton of potential that has been on display weekly.

Kareem Keye- Minor

Kareem Keye is a talented dual-sport athlete (football and baseball) for Minor, and this year, he has done exceptionally well at QB for his team. So far on the season, Keye has completed 66% of his passes for 1390 yards and 15 touchdowns with only 4 interceptions- consistently moving the chains and putting up points through the air for his team. Minor has been a really competitive program this year, and as they sit at 3-2, it will be exciting to see how Keye leads this offense for the remainder of the season.

We check out some more of the state's most dominant performers this season, this time, with Quarterbacks!
