Preview: Prescott @ Glendale

This year, Prescott needs to be mentioned when were talking about the top 5 teams in 4A football, as this is one of Prescott's most talented teams in history of the long historic program. To be honest, Prescott has about 6 or so guys that are severly underlooked when it comes to college offers/exposure. They have a history of being those mean, gritty kids up north that doesn't care how many stars anyone has or how good a team is, as they won't hesitate to go toe to toe with anyone. Glendale comes off a week 1 loss against Apollo in a close 42-48 loss. Glendale is another team that has potential to become a 4A contender, especially with [player_tooltip player_id='169418' first='Zechariah' last='Owens'] leading that explosive offense. Glendale's defense stuggled last week against a speedy Apollo offense, and they'll need standout DE [player_tooltip player_id='214129' first='Zurian' last='Lapsley'] to step up big against a run heavy, talented Prescott offense. It's going to be tough for Glendale given the amount of depth and weapons Prescott has, as they have numerous playmakers that can be that game changer on offense. A guy I think could be the defensive X factor in this one is Prescott's [player_tooltip player_id='285823' first='Landen' last='Francis']. He's going to have a super busy night as a pass rusher to disrupt the pass early and force Owens to use his legs more than his arm.
