#3 West Linn (1-1) @ #1 Jesuit (2-0) JES -1

This is a true coinflip. The Lions were not able to get their ground game going against Sheldon, averaging 2 yards per carry. Jesuit has a talented D and will most likely throw the kitchen sink at Leavitt and do their best to rattle him. It's no secret Jesuit is going to run the ball, as West Linn will attempt to make the Crusaders go to the air where they hold the advantage.

Sprague (1-1) @ #2 Sheldon (2-0) SHEL -27.5

The Irish deserve all the credit in the world. Traveling to West Linn and winning that game shot a boost of confidence into the program. Sprague's biggest issue is how one dimensional they are. Expect two defenders to account for [player_tooltip player_id='110179' first='Drew' last='Rodriguez'] all night.

#2 5A Wilsonville (2-0) @ #4 Tualatin (2-0) TUAL -9.5

Wilsonville was clutch against a good 6A Westview team but I have a tough time seeing that being the case against Tualatin. The T Wolves didn't play great against McNary, and I could see this being a breakout week for [player_tooltip player_id='110178' first='Jack' last='Wagner'], while going for over 500 all purpose. I expect [player_tooltip player_id='206771' first='Will' last='Wilson'] and the D to be physical and cover the spread by at least a TD.

#10 Sherwood (1-1) @ #6 Lakeridge (1-1) LAK -8

On paper Lakeridge looks unreal but they continue to have trouble in big games. They were completely outmatched upfront last week by Jesuit's O line and Sherwood returns an experienced group as well. That said as the Pacers match up well everywhere else against the Bowmen. Expect a fired up LHS squad to make a statement this week if they are going to compete for a Three Rivers title.

#7 Tigard (2-0) @ Glencoe (1-1) TIG -37

Glencoe coach Ian Reynoso does as good a job as any coach in the state of Oregon with the players that he has. Unfortunately they are playing a Tigard team which has outscored their opponents 93-0 the first two weeks of the season. The competition hasn't been good but their D is legit.

#9 Clackamas (1-1) @ David Douglas (0-2) CLACK -35.5

Overall Clack has played well the first two weeks of the season. They are definitely airing it out more with 8 passing TDs the last two games. The Scots are a completely different team if 3* LB [player_tooltip player_id='204578' first='Caleb' last='Clardy'] is playing, but this likely won't be close.

#11 Westview (1-1) @ #1 5A Summit (1-1) SUMM -12

I admittedly did not think Wilsonville could hang with Westview and I was wrong. 5A Summit is in a class by themselves as I could see the state's #4 recruit [player_tooltip player_id='110182' first='Chip' last='Allers'] getting 20 touches and going for 300+. This all comes down to the Wildcats D. If Wilsonville is dropping 50 on you, it's going to be tough to stop Summit.

#12 Mountainside (2-0) @ #8 Lake Oswego (2-0) LO -6.5

The Mavericks are one of the fastest rising programs in the state and they will have a chance to prove themselves against a traditional state power who is young this season. Mountainside has a talented and experienced line, so look for them to try and control the clock. I like MHS to cover.

Grants Pass (2-0) @ #14 South Salem (2-0) SSAL -7.5

South has one of the top perimeters in the state and proved itself on D in its 42-7 pasting of Sunset last week. GP is playing much better after a couple tough seasons. They always have guys and seem to be putting it together again

Sunset (1-1) @ #15 Liberty (2-0) LIB -14

Liberty has played decent and they have some guys with legit potential, led by returning co-conference POY [player_tooltip player_id='206763' first='Ryan' last='Berger'] 6-5 280 upfront. The Apollos looked terrible last week as you can expect some changes to be made before Friday.
