Mceachin continued his terrific start to the season with 148 rushing yards on 17 carries and found the end zone twice. A dynamic power back with quick feet and the strength to plow past defenders and break tackles, Mceachin has become a staple of an improved Battery Creek ground attack alongside Damien Freeman. Jack Sumner
Jack Sumner
An underrated part of Beaufort High’s exceptional defense, Jack Sumner has picked up right where he left off from last year’s historic season. He was an impactful difference-maker against the Hilton Head Seahawks on Friday, using his strength and power on the line to disrupt the run game and pursue the quarterback on passing plays. With a strong frame at 225 pounds, Sumner has the footwork and size to be an anchor on the line.
