Kalvin Banks, Eastside
Banks had 22 carries, rushed for 226 yards, and scored three times as he paced the Eagles to their first win of the season in a victory over Liberty.
Chase Byrd and LaDainiann Martin, Greer
Byrd had a “limited” night, with just two catches – until you consider that those two catches went for a combined 123 yards and two scores. Martin has shown flashes of unreal talent, and broke out on Friday. He had 217 yards on just 16 carries, scoring four times for the Yellow Jackets.
OJ Jones, J.L. Mann
So far, Mann’s passing game has gotten a ton of attention. Jones burst onto the scene Friday with a 176-yard rushing performance, scoring twice as the Patriots beat Woodruff to improve to 3-0.
AJ Hackett and Jalen Tate, Woodmont
Hackett and Tate proved to be a handful in the Wildcats’ wing offense. Hackett rushed 23 times for 197 yards while Tate added 15 carries for 150 on the ground. Each scored two touchdowns in Woodmont’s win over Riverside.

On a night when the Rams’ prolific offense was held largely in check by Clover, special teams came up huge. McFadden returned a kick 90 yards for a score, while Dyar booted field goals of 42 and 30 yards to provide the difference in the Rams’ 19-14 win.
